Personal History
Early Life/Pre-Starfleet Career: Richard was born in 2359 in Alpha III. His childhood was not bad, but she was not the best she could be. His parents stayed with Litt until the boy turned 5, right after that, they had to report to the fleet again. As they did not want the boy to grow up in the midst of all the dangers involved in his lifestyle, they left him with his grandmother. The boy did not lose contact with his parents and always talked to them through holograms, and he always received visits from them when they got some time between missions. Life went on like that and at the age of 13 he received the notice that his parents were killed in combat, during a conflict between the Federation and the Klingon in 2372. That left the boy devastated, but it was the final kick for the boy's decision to enlist in the fleet.

[Helm, USS Falcon]
As Litt and Cmdr. Higgs.
"Sir, they are still on my six, I think I won't be able to mislead they, I need to think of something." Despite everything he was feeling, Litt tried all the time not to show fear.
"It's okay to be afraid, kid, you're in a very difficult situation there." Higgs said in his deep voice.
"Afraid? No, sir. I don't recognize that word." He said in a reassuring tone, that it was more for him than for anyone else.
But it was a fact that the situation was really difficult, they were in the middle of a fight and Litt went out in one of the shuttles to make a rescue in one civilian ships that was caught in the middle of the crossfire, but when he managed to rescue some civilians he started to be chased by two enemy shuttles and was in a very difficult situation without being able to escape the shuttles.
"Sir ... I am already with the civilians, there are seven of us around here, we can approach and give up the shuttle to be transported."
"Wait a second lieutenant, let's liaise with Ops." Higgs said and Litt waited. When he heard the commander's voice again his foreboding was not the best. "Litt, bad news. Our transport is damaged, we can only transport 6."
Litt swallowed and took a quick look at the civilians on his shuttle.
"Everything's going to be fine, okay?" He asked looking at everyone and upon receiving a nod back Litt smiled and returned to concentrate on his panel.
"Then there will be no way, sir, I'm approaching, 6 to go up." He said and threw his commbadge at one of the civilians he had rescued.
"Litt, there has to be another way." Higgs said and waited for an answer.
"Our mission is to save lives, sir, I'm doing this ..." He said with a small smile. "There is no other way, as soon as the sensors are able to focus on my combadge you can transport." He said at last. "It was an honor, sir. I'm going to owe that drink. Litt's out."
Litt continued to fly his evasive maneuvers patterns until he got close to the transport limit. The transport was activated and the six civilians were rescued, the shots of the enemy shuttles were fired and they hit the Falcon in full.
At that moment the hologram turned off and Litt simply fell on the floor.
"87% correct decision making for this simulation, congratulations Litt." He smiled, but he knew there was still a lot to improve.
