Personal History
Early Life/Pre-Starfleet Career: The house of K'tollava comes from a very honorable bloodline. Kek, a great warrior himself came from the bloodine of someone who personally served Kahless. Ch'krath, his Grandfather on his Mother's side of the family is a member of the High Council. K'oshor grew up on the Klingon homeworld of Qo'noS. He has a Brother, and two Sister's.
When he was a young boy growing up on Qo'noS he met a Klingon warrior, named Bonen. He often listened to Bonen's tales of being a great warrior. Unlike other Klingon's he had a respect for Starfleet. He was at Bonen's urging that K'oshor decided to join Starfleet.
In no way was this easy either. His family had often had great expectations of him. They didn't see him joining Starfleet. They were against it. As a child he was often pushed around a lot by other children. He often lost fights which he never started. He wanted something more out of life then just service to the Empire.
Academy/Technical Academy (if Starfleet): Once he joined Starfleet he excelled in security and tactical. He dabbled in cooking as a hobby and he often believed cooking was one way of getting know many cultures better. He chose to excell in his study of alien cultures despite choosing a career in security and tactical. In many ways he felt that it helped his understanding of the many different backgrounds of various species. Knowing how to prepare food from various cultures in his mind helps him better understand these various species. Knowing what they are made up of lets him better know just the right way to deal with them.
Previous Assignments (if applicable): He was a security and tactical officer aboard USS Gavinsmith. He served on the Gavinsmith during the Dominion War, as a crewmen. He was later promoted to Ensign. During the Dominion War he suffered an injury to his heart. Though there was some damage to one of his eight chambers of his heart, yet he survived the ordeal. It was frustrating for him that he served during the war with his strong sense of duty, but due to his injury he was past over for promotion on the USS Gavinsmith. During the war he also lost his Father. He had left home with his Father and himself not in good standing, and he will never get the chance to say how he might feel, now. It was also aboard the USS Gavinsmith that he found out he had Ba'ltmasor Syndrome. His illness and injury, and being past over for promotion time and time again led to quite the frustration toward his current assignment. Which is why he put in for a transfer to a new station of duty.

Please write a brief sample post from your character’s perspective:
K'oshor K'tollava, son of Khorshurk had done battle on many of battle fields during the war. He perferred the battle field of the kitchen to the battle field where blood was shed. He had the scar over his heart to remind himself how much he resented war. War wasnt always the answer, he told himself this almost everyday. He did his job, no his duty as an officer to keep other's safe.
In the kitchen he was content. He much rather cook then fight, but he would fight if it meant saving other's.
In the kitchen he could come to better understand other cultures better. Food was the bridge to the gap of many differences, he often told himself. At his table, and in his kitchen there was no room for squabbling. It was a place for friends, and champanionship. Not fighting.
It was a place for blood wine, for singing, and for food. For Gagh.
Of course the table was for variety of foods, but one must always have a place for Gagh. Today he had cooked a hefty meal. He had drank blood wine, and wrote. He wrote music. The son of Khorshurk was a lover of Klingon opera, as much as he was also a warrior. Maybe, even more so. He had writen quite the part of a work in progress Klingon opera that he had been working on for sometime.
K'oshor humed to himself as he cooked, as he often did when cooking. He sang a cheery tune while he cooked stew. A steaming plate of Gagh waited for him. He smelled the air around it, and couldn't wait to taste it as he sang, "Ghorgh your cooking soj, the best soj is yin soj. Tlhih don't vutwi' Gagh, tlhih sop chah. Tlhih vutwi' the things to chel chah."
