[ Cwm Eliska Bremmer - Observation Lounge, Deck 11, Front Ear Station ]Oh that's just great, Bremmer found herself thinking when it turned out that the airhead who'd shown up late was their wayward team member, and she seemed less than pleased about not getting her choice of team assignments. However, the comment about being raised in a barn drew a half-snarl from Eliska. It wasn't the first time she'd heard that, and it wasn't any funnier the thousandth time as it had been the first. Granted, that little blonde trollop had no way to know about her rural upbringing, but that didn't make it any more pleasant. However, she could not suppress her answer. "And what if I was?" she asked, her voice like honey laced with arsenic. However, while that was getting sorted out, it would appear that between the Klingon and the Doctor, they had solved the first riddle which she'd not even seen, and at this point she was more than willing to go along with them. "Blue Beta? All right, let's get going."And indeed, as Hunt had surmised, she knew the station inside and out, including a few shortcuts that didn't quite show on schematics and were not entirely open to through traffic, but anything to get them moving would do, and so she started at a swift pace, her legs accustomed to her homeworld's higher gravity only itching to eat the distance... but most certainly not doing so in deference to those who would not be inclined to keep up with her. [Observation Lounge – Deck 11] Hunt listened to the Klingon as she proposed the Blue Beta. Her guess seemed more likely to be true than himself. “ It appears we might have a destination. However, I don’t know where exactly it is. Do you mind leading the way?” Hunt looks honestly as he hopes that the people around them knew about the locations of the Stations more than himself. If this were all about locations and finding them, it would be a long day for him. It was not long after that Eliska’s yelling went into fruition as she found their missing team member. It was not soon after a younger human female that appeared to be complaining about Eliska’s yelling responded. It appeared that they found their last team member. It was curious that she either did not hear him raise his hand for Team A, or she wants to be on their team. Such occurrences are common in team-building exercises, and those issues are ones that the team needs to overcome. As the initial interaction between them seemed more hostile than necessary, he approached the last team member, and Hunt tried to greet her. “ Ms. Candy Barr, I presume?” Hunt asked. They needed to be sure that they were their teammate and not a trick from another team or a distraction or a red herring from the games. “ Let me take a second and introduce ourselves, the Klingon over there is Jurgha, and she is a security consultant. You already had the honor of metering Crewman Eliska Bremmer, she works for Starfleet Security, and I am Doctor Jonathan Hunt, Starfleet Medical. You can call me Jonathan.” Hunt tried to be diplomatic with her. He then extended his hand. “ I would love it if you can join us. I am positive you were sent on this team for a reason. We think we already have the first clue, but I am sure you can help on the other. Please join us” Hunt then extended his hand towards Candy, hoping that we would take it. “ We will need to move quickly and come up with a team name, We don't want to be too far behind” Hunt mentioned. Maybe by having a team name, they can begin working together. [Hot Candy - Observation Lounge]"Oh you poor thing! Bless your heart, no wonder you have no manners!" Candy responded, realising belatedly from her response that this woman indeed must have been born in a barn. She smiled at her, the picture of compassion for those less fortunate than she. She turned to give Shavan a little wave, this ill-mannered woman quickly forgotten. She wouldn't mind "finding" him at some stage later herself. She looked up when the shouty creature stomped off somewhere, shrugged her shoulders, then turned her eyes to the approaching officer. A doctor. Well, things were looking up. "Please, call me Candy. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance, Jonathan. So nice to receive a proper welcome!" She smiled broadly at him, lashes fluttering as she took his hand. Then she stepped in closer when he mentioned the clue. "May I?" She asked, intent on getting a better look. She didn't trust any of them to have more than half a dozen brain cells in their heads. "Well, the Irishman is Seamus, the barman at the Beta. He has his own brew!" It behoved Candy to keep abreast of what was going on within her trade, and when she eventually ventured out on her own and opened up her own business, she had every intention of poaching that talented man from Leanna Mazal. "Shall we? I believe the angry one has already left." Perhaps she'd gone to find somewhere quiet to cry. As the group made their way toward the exit, she considered their need for a name.

[ Jurgha, daughter of Khar - Observation Lounge -> Promenade] “A team name? Are you serious?” Jurgha stared at Jonathan. She would work with them, because she wanted that prize… but there was a limit to how much human nonsense she would tolerate. “We’re wasting time.” The missing Candy Barr finally joined them, and spoke up to repeat what they had already guessed, with the small addition of a name. “We already figured that out,” she said flatly, impatient. But at least the others were ready to move… so with a grunt of agreement, she swept out the door after Eliska as they quickly made their way to the Blue Beta. She said little more along the way, paying more attention to their destination as they arrived on the Promenade. Eliska Bremmer Jonathan Hunt Felicity Ellis

[The Spotty Alibi - Lower Promenade] It appeared as though it would be up to Leanna in order to give their team a name. However that wasn't exactly a bad thing as they had more important things to focus on, especially with them being the first team to leave the Observation Lounge. She wasn't normally a competitive person but there was something about this that made her want to do well, whilst getting to know the other members of her team. " How about the Valkyrie's?" she suggested as the lift stopped and the doors opened. It seemed appropriate with the three of them as Leanna then led them into one of her favourite hangouts. Your feet might stick to the carpet but it had a certain charm about it as the Betazoid approached the Trill barman, whilst looking for any clues that they needed.

[Ens. Syl O'Connell - Front Ear - The Spotty Alibi]As Leanna provided a suggestion for their team name, a sly grin spread across the human's face. "Celestial battlemaidens who decide which warriors live and die in battle?" She explained the ancient mythology for the Cardassian's benefit. "Certainly works for me." As they entered the bar, she felt her skin crawl at the tug of the floor on her shoes, and she tried to avoid imagining what sort of people frequented a place this disgusting. A quick glance around didn't reveal any immediate clues, and her gaze landed on the Trill behind the bar. "The bartender won't cover for you..." Syl repeated the clue thoughtfully. "But that doesn't mean he won't help us." She walked towards him, hoping one of the others had an idea of what to ask him.

[Eta Borir - The Spotty Alibi] "I am not particularly familiar with earthly mythology" Eta replied, frowning. "What does this myth have to do with this team?" she asked, before sighing "I get it, it's just a team name".
In the bar, Eta looked around once, smiling slightly. Well, at least there could be a glass of kanar after this teamwork

Or in some cases, they had plenty to go home to, but wished they didn't. And so, when the three unlikely ladies stepped inside his establishment, Kehl knew that they were a part of that stupid treasure hunt the new XO had pushed him into participating in. The Trill's face lit up in a snarl as the three just stood, then approached, saying absolutely nothing. He ignored them completely. Behind Jorzar Kehl, next to the crappy Earth liquors on the bottom shelf, was a locked box.

[The Valkyrie's - The Spotty Alibi, Lower Promenade] With them all in agreement about the team name, Leanna listened as Syl ran through the clue that they had been given. Letting the words whirl around her head as she tried to figure it out, before looking in the direction of the barman. Jorzar Kehl didn't appear to be friendly, in fact he was doing his very best to ignore them. However that might change as she spoke up when an idea came to her. " He might, but.. and I could be wrong but I'm getting the feeling that we have to find something and it's in here" she said thinking out loud. " Hey Jorzar, sorry for the interruption but has something been left for us in the bar?". It was worth a try as she got closer to the bar itself and gestured for the others to follow her.

[Ens. Syl O'Connell - Front Ear - The Spotty Alibi]The bartender seemed almost irritated by their presence, and didn't acknowledge them at all as they approached. Thankfully, Leanna seemed to know him and asked him a direct question. Deciding to let her handle that part of their search, Syl let her gaze travel around the establishment from this new vantage point, looking for anything that seemed out of place. Across the Promenade, she could see one of the other teams entering the Blue Beta. With a grin, she pulled out her PADD and sent a quick message to Eliska. SO: Loser buys dinner?

[Observation Lounge – Deck 11] Hunt observed a Candy accepted his hand. He smiled as he was feeling some relief that she joined voluntarily. He was not sure what her gifts and what she brought into the team. But part of the team aspect and building is getting to know each other. Hunt observed the human female batting her eyes as she approached him. She asked if she could and wondered at first if she wanted to approach him closer. “ Of Course,” he replied. As she kept approaching him, he felt his cheeks turn red for a second. He knew that he was blushing. He felt her approach him and wondered what she was going to do and then. She observed the clue and mentioned who the person is. That the Irishman was Seamus, it appeared she got close to him to see the clue. Hunt tried to subtly give a small sigh of relief as this was purely all professional. The group began going, and Hunt followed it. [On Route] Hunt listened to Jurgha as she was insinuating that if he was kidding or did not like the concept of the team name. Hunt observed that she was not happy about it. He then responded on his way. “ I am serious about it! And if it were not a waste of time, I would challenge you right now! For the moment, we should focus on the name and winning this thing, and then we can challenge each other! Let's first win this, then drink blood wine and then we challenge each other” Hunt said as he continued his walk. He hoped that his gamble paid off as he learned in the Academy that Klingon’s respect strength. It was unusual for him to be around them this much. He either did something right or sign his death warrant. He figured the latter. “ It also gives us a sense of accomplishment; small victories can lead to greater ones,” Hunt added. [Blue Beta] As they arrived at the Blue Beta, Eliska asked which one was Seamus. It appeared that neither herself, not probably Jurgha knew of Seamus was. However, Hunt did not know either way. Part of team building is using each other skills to their maximum potential. “ I am sure Candy knows,” Hunt added to Eliska’s comment. Not only she knew the location, but she also knew the person. He had barely seen much of the promenade or their location. “ Your show now, Candy. I’ll follow you,” Hunt said. He would listen to the clue and then think of the next clue. The issue of the name has not been resolved and would like people to propose ideas. Tag Eliska Bremmer Shavan Th'zhaar Felicity Ellis

She asked, her voice raised in question along with her brows when Jurgha dismissively told her they'd already figured it all out. She'd been under the impression that they knew the Blue Beta, but that was it. "How fun." If that was the case, apart from the absolute rudeness and uncouthness of the loud one and the klingon, then they were smarter than Candy had initially thought, and they might be in with a chance. Candy ignored the stupid chatter about challenges and blood wine as they travelled quickly to the Promenade. The talk of physical altercations was ridiculous; the klingon would just straight up murder the human male in a battle, and blood wine was without any subtlety or balance of taste whatsoever. Neither interested her in the slightest. When they entered the Blue Beta and it appeared that nobody knew Seamus after all, Candy rolled her eyes and sighed. When Jonathan invited her to take over she jumped at the chance with a smile and a graceful incline of her head. "Why thank you, Jonathan. Smart man." She winked, then turned to scan the Beta employees. At this early hour, she saw only three, and Seamus of course stood out, handsome as he was. The smile upped in wattage and she stepped lightly toward the corner of the bar where he was doing what looked like inventory. "Mornin', Good-lookin'!" She called, then leaned her elbows on the bar and looked up at him with an expression that suggested she believed he just hung the moon. "Say, Seamus, what's in that barrel over there behind you?" She nodded toward the very out of place cask. "There wouldn't happen to be a fish in there we could shoot, now would there?"

[ Jurgha, daughter of Khar - Blue Beta] For a moment Jurgha stared at Jonathan as he attempted to talk like a Klingon. Then she laughed. “You do have guts, I’ll give you that,” she said, remembering his role in the mission as he dared to challenge her. “Fine! When this is done, we will settle this over bloodwine to celebrate our victory. And I will hold you to it!” She stepped a little closer to him as she said the last part. Once a challenge had been issued, there was no backing out… and she would do her part to reserve judgment on his methods until then. As long as they were victorious. They arrived at the Blue Beta, and Candy took the lead. From behind her, Jurgha watched Seamus. She would see what the latecomer had to offer. Though if the human woman's approach didn't work, she could always politely threaten to smash some more chairs unless he gave them what they were after. Jonathan Hunt Felicity Ellis Eliska Bremmer

[ Cwm Eliska Bremmer - Blue Beta, Promenade, Front Ear Station ]Eliska was not one to involve herself too much in others' conversations. Although this was a teamwork exercise, at this point in time she had very little to offer to anyone beyond her knowledge of the station and of every path one could take anywhere. Now, if there was a challenge involving raw physicality, she could definitely be of real use, maybe even to the point of being able to match Jurgha in terms of pure physical prowess. And, the good doctor had handed over control of things to their newcomer. Well, he did seem to like having questionable women in charge over him, if his stunts with one particular crime boss were to be believed... For a moment, though, she was distracted when her personal PADD vibrated in her pocket and she pulled it out to find a message from Syl, and that drew a smile from her, and she quickly tapped a reply However, when their newcomer, this improbably-named Candy Barr, spoke to the bartender and mentioned his barrel and probably how there could be a fish to shoot in it, the Security Crewman had an idea of her own and spoke up. "Though, if there are no fish to shoot, I'll happily have a pint of your private brew... actually make that a round for the team."

[Lt Shavan Th’zhaar - Observation Lounge] Shavan's smile widened as they were joined by a pretty blonde human and the very cute Betazoid Ensign. The morning just kept getting finer, indeed. Maybe the human was trying to improve her chances of winning by playing for two teams. However, if she stayed with them the whole time, Team A would be disqualified… as Kova seemed to be thinking. Regrettably, both her assigned teammates, and Candy herself, soon caught on to this as well. “If you change your mind, feel free to find me again any time,” he said as she departed. With Team C already gone, they probably shouldn’t stay around to argue about it. Shavan agreed that the first two lines obviously pointed to the Twilight Casino. And fortunately, it seemed that Kova knew who the Bolian was. “The Twilight it is, then. Let’s go.” He quickly followed Kova out the door. [ Kova Sh'qaleq - Lobby, Twilight Casino & Hotel] Perhaps it was her competitive spirit, but Kova hadn't exactly waited around to do a headcount. From what she recalled of the rules, as long as everyone was accounted for at the end, then victory was still viable. So, it was a problem that required a solution later, not now. The Andorian was also annoyed by having to actually be polite with that elderly human woman on the turbolift. She had an entire conversation with the computer before finally telling it what floor to take her to. After stepping through the doors of the hotel, Kova's eyes were searching for the Bolian. How was it possible that he was scarce now? One of the last times Kova had been there, she hadn't been able to get rid of him for more than two minutes. When sight alone didn't produce the Bolian, Kova walked up to the front desk. There she pressed the bell, hoping to summon someone. The wait felt like forever, but the Andorian suppressed the urge to use a more colorful verbal summons for assistance. "Hello?"

[ Seamus - Blue Beta] This early hour was always perfect for doing inventory and for Seamus, it allowed him to get the boring stuff out of the way, before it got busy. However when one Candy Barr approached him along with a couple of others that he recognised including Jurgha. The Irishman grinned, realising that this must be the team that Flick had told him about. When his friend had approached him about her team building exercise and asked if she could store one of the clues in the bar. He had thought it was a brilliant idea, especially when Lea had told him that she was also taking part. In his opinion some fun was definitely needed on the station and this was a genius way of ensuring that would happen, whatever the outcome. Candy always had a way of making a man feel good about himself and if he wasn't happily married, then Candy would definitely be his type. Then again he knew how to handle her as she got straight to business and asked about the cask behind him. " Good Morning, my favourite piece of Candy and well that would be telling, so how about you fine folks come get it and find out? " he replied with a grin, before the security crewman asked for a round of his private brew. " I'd be happy to give you a round on the house, once you win this" he offered, thinking that stopping for a drink wasn't the best idea, if they had a clue to find and decipher.
