{Quotes - Unnamed Team} [ Shavan Th’zhaar - Delirium] Shavan couldn't resist having some fun with this, as both his teammates joined him on the dance floor and proved that they had nothing to be embarrassed about. He watched them move out of the corner of his eye as each found their own rhythm. However, Pieter apparently wasn't ready to give up the clue just yet… and of course, they were supposed to be doing this together. Taking it up a step further as the song changed, he slipped between Kova and Ic, nearly touching both. Aware of their presence, he responded to their movements while continuing to dance with a seductive flair, both to avoid a collision and to be seen dancing together. With a wicked grin that invited them to actually touch, he caught Kova’s eye and motioned for her to move closer still. Kova Sh'qaleq Ic Arbrell Leanna Mazal [ Kova Sh'qaleq - Delirium] Hearing Pieter's voice over the music was mildly impressive until the Andorian heard what he had to say. Had his attention been solely on Ic to warrant such a comment. She was tempted to inform Pieter what he should do about his clearly failing eyesight. Yet, Ellis' rules came to mind once more. And perhaps the selection of words she was prepared to share in response to his critique wouldn't serve their goal of completing this portion of the competition. He then called for a different song to play. Kova variated her movements a bit more to match this particular song. She had seen that humans appreciated the act of flailing their manes as they danced. When the opportunity presented itself, Kova made certain to thread her ivory locks through her fingers in a rhythmic manner along with the beat periodically as she danced. Her antennae flexed slightly, sensing Shavan as he moved between her and Ic. As she turned, and saw him beckoning her to move closer, there was the slightest part of her that wondered if it was solely for the purpose of completing this competition. She did so, her antennae along with her sight helped her to modify her movements to compliment Shavan's, even as she moved closer to him. Her eyes began to focus on his even as her body responded in concert with the movements of his body. Now, the question was whether Ic could be convinced to follow suit and move closer as well. After all, how many people would say no to a Shavan sandwich? [Delirium, Promenade] Ic’s eyes widened to their largest. What did he mean that wasn’t good enough? As if his heart wasn’t already racing, he could hear it now, loud in his ears to the beat of ancient Europop. His nerves turned entirely to synth, sparking with his teammates’ almost-mischief as they moved in a little closer, though still he could not see them. Closer. Like this was just so easy. He realized somewhere in the lyrics why that might have been. It twisted like a blade in his guts. He supposed that it only made sense. It made a lot more sense than the Lieutenant actually being interested in him. For anyone else, it might have been perfectly easy to move on. Any other Betazoid! No matter what the adverse condition, so many lived for the surprise chance of getting closer to others in whatever way that might have meant, because it meant a stronger bond in the end. He was afraid to admit that he was one of them. The fear of rejection syncopated. But if this was it, no more chances, whatever. He’d ask for a transfer tomorrow anyway. “Sorry, sir,” he said over the music, stepping closer to Shavan with a sense that was not sight. “You can blame Kova for this.”If she wasn't going to let him quit before they started, she wasn't going to let him off the hook now. All those provocative Madonna moves with their fantasy dance partners in his quarters found their home here, with full contact. [ Pieter - Delirium] Changing the music and upping the ante, was definitely paying off as the two officers and civilian rose to the challenge that he had presented them. Although a part of Pieter looked forward to giving Felicity an update later, he was also a little sad that this would soon be over. Testing the trio had been so much fun and perhaps he could introduce a dance challenge as part of the weekly entertainment. Grinning wickedly at his moment of genius, Pieter focused on the group as they got closer to one another, allowing the music to take over so they would lose control. That was all part of the Delirium experience, one that had reached a satisfactory conclusion as the music began to fade. As the lights brightened to reveal Pieter standing next to the coat check. He smiled brightly as he spoke to the trio, " Congratulations you may continue and you also receive VIP passes for tonight. A little extra since you all impressed me" He said as he moved out of the way, in order for them to gain access. Inside the coat check booth, waiting for Team B's successful completion of their epic dance competition, is a small trophy. A golden ballerina twirls atop a mahogany block. On the underside of the wood, engraved in golden lettering, is the following:

Eta nodded briefly and looked anxiously at Syl. Of course, Syl was an adult and no child in need of Eta's puppy protection, but still the Cardassian was reluctant to let her go alone. So she paid attention to the Bajorans for a moment longer, glancing alternately from the door to the Bajorans to make some emphasis on leaving. After the Bajorans had left, Eta nodded once more to Syl and then followed Leanna. "Just in case the clue is not there, any ideas where could it be?". From her perspective, it was only beneficial to exhaust all possibilities.
[Ens. Syl O'Connell - Front Ear - Main Hangar]Once the Bajorans had finally left, Syl let herself relax, her shoulders aching from the tension. She was definitely going to need to take her pain meds when she got back to her quarters, whenever that would be. She'd been needing them a lot since getting back from Caldonia... But at least they were still effective. It didn't take long for her to determine the clue wasn't among the EV suits, and ahe quickly left the hangar to rejoin her teammates. Passing the security officers that were looking a little confused, she gave them a smile. "Thanks for coming. A couple Bajorans were harassing my Cardassian teammate, but they left right after I called you. Appreciate your help, though."Not wanting to waste any more time than they already had, she kept walking until she reached the other women. "Nothing there, so I guess our next stop is the armory. Any ideas if we don't find it there, either?" She asked them as she stepped into the turbolift, and directed it to the security node. She was still fairly certain it would have something to do with Eta... But if the Cardassian woman couldn't think of a connection, then Syl certainly wouldn't be able to. "What sort of work do you do?" She asked her, both for fulfilling the 'getting to know you' part of the exercise, as well as hoping to find the missing link for the clue. [Valkyries - Main Hangar/Turbolift] When agreeing to go ahead at Syl's request and Eta following her so that they could wait outside for her. Leanna hoped by staying as close as possible, they could easily run back if the clue was in the EV suits. Although the Betazoid realised that they should of insisted that they stay, hindsight was a wonderful thing and instantly regretted her decision. Maybe it was the after effects of their encounter with the Bajorans and still being shaken by it or well maybe she would never know the exact reason. Luckily the Bajorans had left without any further confrontation and there was some relief. That feeling increased by the arrival of Security and Syl catching up to them, which also calmed the regret Lea had experienced. Happy that they hadn't gotten very far as they entered the lift and discussed the next clue and possible locations now that they only had the armoury to check next. " Nothing that comes to mind at the moment" Lea admitted, hoping for a sudden burst of inspiration as Syl asked Eta what she did. Hopefully her answer would help with the search, if the armoury proved to be another bust. The two Security officers looked at each other in confusion, and then stared after the retreating O'Connell. "Wait, wait, whaaa...t?" One called in their wake, but they'd already stepped into the turbolift and disappeared. She looked at her colleague. "What did she mean by 'harassing'? What Bajorans? Where did they encounter them? Was there violence? Threats? Get a name? The direction they took?" The woman pinched the bridge of her nose and tried to stop herself from exploding. "Maybe they think the Station fairies do the paperwork. Was one of them Flight?"She sighed and fixed him with a knowing look. "Yes. You get the footage." She turned on her heel and at a clipped pace, stomped right toward the CFO's office, not caring about the other woman's hangover or terrible sleeping pattern. "O'LEARY!"
Tags: Enola , Leanna Mazal , Syl O'Connell *** {Quotes - A Team} [ Jurgha, daughter of Khar - Courtroom] Jurgha continued to glare at the judge, incensed. Of course she did not expect to win by taking part alone. However, they had not encountered either of the other teams since entering the Blue Beta, so she could not truthfully speak to their progress in comparison. Which was why she had made the simple case that her team was performing well. Now it was up to them to not ruin it. She listened while they took their turns, growing more unimpressed with each one. However, it would seem that their combined performance had been adequate enough. As it should be. Victorious, Jurgha stepped forward to take the gavel when instructed to. “Very well. I will be sure to."With the object in her possession, she immediately looked for the writing. “Full Circle,” she read aloud, then looked toward the rest of the team. “Does that mean we have to go back to the Observation Lounge where we started, or- "
There was a sudden disturbance and she half started toward the choking man, but then remembered they were in the company of a doctor. Hopefully he wouldn't mess this up, she thought as she moved out of the way so he could get to the source of the commotion. [ Cwm Eliska Bremmer - Courtroom, Front Ear Station ]Truth be told, Bremmer was not sure at all how her assessment of Candy Barr would be received; the woman was infuriating, condescending, and had attached herself to Hunt with indecent speed, yet both Human women had managed to say something positive about the other... and the Judge had been pleased with those responses. However, when it came to Hunt's turn, the man proved yet again that his judgement might not be the most reliable when for a second time he back-talked to the judge. Seriously, what the hell was he thinking? And, so it would seem, he had annoyed her, and any dreams Eliska had of the prize started to evaporate; granted, she didn't know for certain what she wanted just yet, but that didn't mean she didn't want the damn prize! And then, she let out a sigh of relief as, it would seem they passed that particular ordeal and a final clue was passed on. Full Circle. Well, that certainly was obvious. "Sounds about right... excuse me."Well, heading for their starting point would have to wait for now, and Eliska was one to spring into motion. "MAKE A HOLE," she shouted as she vaulted the barrier between the front of the courtroom and the spectators' area and she crossed the distance to the fellow who was choking, and wasting no time she hauled him out of the row of seats and wrapped her sinewy arms around his waist, jamming her fist against his stomach, and she none-too-gently performed the Heimlich maneuver. [Courtroom] Hunt observed as that the judge was not pleased with his answer. He remained looking at her as he was sure it was not the answer that she wanted but he did disagree with the philosophy she was trying to impose on him and them. Hunt listened as she mentioned that he was trying to sabotage the team. He looked down as he felt bad for a moment but he believed that they made it this was a team. As they got the clue and listened to Jurgha reading out loud. Hunt took a second and apologize to the team “ I apologize if I lowered our chances of success. It was not my intention. But I do believe in my words that we have made it this far because of all of you. Even with all our flaws we are in this together as a team.” Hunt said as he smiled. He knew that they did not pass this challenge based on him. But that is the trust and letting teammates lift up important. The attention went to the clue which was full circle. Hunt listened to the team. He was also trying to think of other options a person, an item, or circle of life. Before he could say anything of import. As all of the sudden he also heard a person choke. Hunt went toward the person and began observing the individual. Before, he could see if the passage was completely blocked to choose to hit the back or ask for consent since the victim was conscious. Eliska leaped in and perform the Heimlich maneuver which she was performing well. Following the idea that you can have to many cooks in the kitchen. “ Would you all help me setting a perimeter? The patient needs room to breathe.” Hunt asked to his team. Knowing that of course there would be bystanders. “ Ok everyone let’s give the patient room to breathe. C’mon let’s give them some room.” Hunt said. After a person interrupted “ I’m sure the Security Personnel would not have issues giving autograph after saving the life to the patient” He said to a random bystander that wanted to take a holovideo of the event for a memory purposes or to upload it. He learned on his carrier that people to store and safe keep the randomness things. Hunt then trying to give them space to work. Hunt figured that once the food was dislodged he could scan the patient to make sure everything is ok. Most cases everything checks out and there is no bigger worries but better be safe than sure. He then as he was moving the bystanders back as he tried to observe the culprit. Popcorn He though. Should be light and relatively easy to remove. As he then wondered Who the heck brings popcorn to court? [Hot Candy - Courtroom]Candy was not best pleased. It was one thing losing as a result of your own stupidity, but losing because of someone else's? That was by far the most frustrating part of it. If she could hold it together for long enough to say something nice about Eliska, and Eliska her in return (Candy was under no illusions as to how the barn girl might feel about her), then surely Johnny could swallow his superiority complex for a hot minute and do what the judge asked. For all he talked about teamwork, he'd certainly thrown his team under the bus. Not. Best. Pleased. So when the moron in the crowd started choking on the popcorn, she found herself completely uncaring. By some grace and saintly interference, the Judge had given them the next clue, and that's where her focus belonged. "I mean, it could be a circular establishment, or a habitat ring, but the clue points to nothing specific in either, so I guess it's gonna have to be metaphorical? Maybe -"The piece of popcorn that the man had been choking on flew from his mouth, across the room and pelted Candy's rosy cheek. There was an audible crack as something inside the man's body broke under the pressure Eliska Bremmer was applying. The man's friend, the one who'd called for help, began shouting again. "Someone help! She's trying to murder him!"

[Delirium, Promenade] What had he done? What had just happened? Why was the afterlife still so space stationy? Breathless, Ic swayed on his feet when the music ended. Dizzy, he watched Shavan leave— and Kova, behind him. Whatever it was the sensation in his chest (his throat, his fingers, toes, the buzzing in his ears and cheeks and everywhere even eye contact traced on his body) might have been, he had no name for it. Like satisfaction wrapped in some false-color shimmer, adjacent to desire, amusement, perhaps a flash of pride. He thought that after that unfortunate transgression in the turbolift, it might have been better to leave in shame, but now he had no idea. Ic had played his cards close to his chest his whole life. He had never known what a risk paying off might look like until now. It almost felt like a trap, too good to be true. Still, he couldn’t push the invitation or any of the branching, sprawling prayers-not-promises from his racing mind. He thought he had nothing to lose. How the hell did he seem like he’d actually gotten another chance? It wasn’t as good as Kova’s though, there was no way. This was a risk, too, he wasn’t sure about just yet. One thing was certain, synergy was a wild thing. He was slow to join his team again, still reeling and half ashamed. He joined Kova’s side, if only to return her lens with a whispered thank you. Mostly, though, it was to hide himself and the redness in his face which was honestly starting to hurt now. On tiptoes, much like the ballerina herself, Ic peered at the written clue. “...when you believe everything is finished,” Ic repeated softly to himself, his breath still barely in reach. “It’s still not over. That will be the beginning. You think we’re supposed to go back to the Observation Deck? Or is there some other cleverly referenced establishment I haven’t heard of?”

[Eta Borir - Main Hanger]
Eta received Syl with a thin smile, her realization that there was no clue there eliciting a sigh from her. So on went the wild ride. But always they had an excuse, should they be to late. Bajorans. Even after the occupation, this species was still wonderfully suitable as scapegoats. When asked what she was actually doing on Front Ear, she thought for a few seconds (maybe minutes). "My aunt had dragged me to Luna during the Dominion War. It was the first time I saw other species besides members of the Dominion, Cardassians and Bajorans. I began to take an interest in other species. When I was finally able to return to Cardassia, I began to study interstellar history, focusing on the Hebitian civilization". She said, but left out the reason why her aunt had dragged her to Luna, because she had absolutely no desire to talk about the death of either of her parents. "The armory would be a logical destination. But we haven't figured out the second clue yet, and have been dealing exclusively with the first. Do you have any idea what the second part 'check your boots before you fill them' might mean?" Tag Syl O'Connell Leanna Mazal

[Ens. Syl O'Connell - Front Ear - Turbolift]Syl considered the story carefully. It didn't sound like Eta had any part in the Dominion war, and she certainly didn't look old enough to have been involved in combat before then. Interstellar history wasn't a likely connection, either. Perhaps she really was wrong about each clue pertaining to a member of the team. Eta asked about the second part of the clue, and Syl shrugged. "Usually it means to make sure there aren't any insects in your boots before you put them on. The last thing a soldier wants is to die from a bug bite before even making it to the front lines. I'm hoping it means the next clue is in one of the combat boots." If it wasn't, she really was at a loss of where else to look, besides the rest of the combat suits. And it seemed the others weren't any closer to having other ideas, either.

[Valkyries - Turbolift] Falling into silent contemplation as the lift began to move, Leanna thought about how far they had come so far. It had been fraught with excitement, surges of adrenaline, almost scary confrontations and now this could be the end. Assuming of course, that they were on the right path with where they were headed. There was a small part of the bar owner, that was ready for this to be over. However it was small enough to bury deep inside until a very large drink was poured for her by Seamus. Her attention shifting from the internal monologue of her mind to Eta as she answered Syl's question. It was certainly interesting to find this out and give them further insight to their Cardassian teammate. Sharing this kind of information wasn't always easy and understood if she didn't want to elaborate. When Eta commented further about the armoury and asked about the second part of the clue. It was Syl who answered which Lea was grateful for as she didn't have the faintest idea. Although if the clue was in a boot, there would be free drinks for her team and anyone else who wanted to join them. " If it is, then free drinks at the Beta later.. then again even if it isn't, I think we'll all deserve a drink after this".

[ Cwm Eliska Bremmer - Courtroom, Front Ear Station ]There certainly was something to be said for being used to a low-technology approach in cases like these. And in knowing what to do. And no sooner had Eliska gotten her arms around the choking victim and mercilessly tightened them around him and driving her fist under his diaphragm that she not only felt, but heard bones breaking under each of her forearms even as the offending piece of popcorn was explosively ejected. Well, she had always been taught that would be a risk when performing his particular maneuver when she took basic first aid training... and her strength, courtesy of coming from a high-gravity world, had done the rest. And, of course, Hunt had to try and get into things and try to be funny about it, no less in a situation that was already confused, and the fellow who'd been next to the casualty started screaming blue murder on top of it all even as the rest of the crowd was being shied away by Jurgha being, well, Klingon. "He's all right... well, I think I broke at least two of his ribs so maybe not entirely," she replied in her heavily accented voice. "How about you take your friend to Sickbay to get sorted out, we have places to be."As she spoke, she guided the choking, and now injured, fellow towards his friend she he could be fully supported, and she turned back towards her teammates. "Like I was saying, 'full circle', that can't be much clearer: get back whence we started."

Kova looked between them slightly perplexed. "Then, why are we still standing here?" Kova asked. "Let's go! The Andorian shook her head. "Since, we all agree." Clearly, neither of them were used to competition. After making certain her belongings were secure, Kova began to make her towards the exit of the club. As she reached the turbolift, waiting for it to arrive, she began to wonder aloud, "Exactly how much trouble would we get into for initiating a site-to-site transport?"

[Turbolift] It wasn’t like he was dreading being in an enclosed space with either of them again. That would be absurd. He was in mortal peril of it. After the scene on the dance floor— which, if anyone asked, he was going to attribute to the influence of his teammates’ own spirit of participating in the competition, with compliance of effect being, as a Betazoid with his condition, often difficult to resist, thank you very much— Ic was embarrassed to even exist anymore, least of all nearby, where he could feel them most intensely. He felt so intensely, whether he wanted to or not. He was fortunate, for once, that intensity of his own feelings seemed to scramble anything he was getting off the other two. In fact, it scrambled even his understanding of his own silly emotions (for his foolishness, and a new shade of teal), until it all felt like a planetside summertime, meaningless, warm, fleeting. Enough to change your life before you knew it. Since we all agree.Quiet as he always was when he felt shamed for his uncertainties, Ic watched for the seam of the turbolift doors to open. He frowned just slightly at Kova’s musing, stepping into the lift as soon as he could. He squished himself flatly against the wall, avoiding both sets of eyes. “The definition of transport is moving from site to s— ohhhh, you mean chea—?” He gasped. “Kova. It’s two decks. I’m not cheating for two decks. Besides, arranging something, having to explain, being judged by the transport chief? After this morning, I probably wouldn’t even rematerialize.”The way his heart was still fluttering, he might not even survive a sprint to the Observation Lounge, but for them, it was a risk he’d take.

[Courtroom] Hunt tried to have the people move back. And was glad when Jurgha helped him. Even though she was a little more violent than what he expected but it was important to give them room to operate. It was easy to think that Candy was busy thinking about the next clue. And it was not her place to work as a makeshift security officer to make a basic perimeter. He remembered hearing stories from his family how people in Ancient Earth always try to go slow and look at a car crash. It was easy to hear that there was some sort of crack from the patient and the most basic assumption is the crack rib. The friend of the Patient appeared to be agitated or more scared as Hunt would figure that the maneuver on an untrained eye would appear to be hostile. He saw the piece of popcorn hit Candy’s cheek and it appear that the bigger crisis was over. He recommended the person to get to sickbay with broken ribs, Hunt would at least like the opportunity to do a scan to make sure that the victims’ lungs would not be puncture or could collapse. The priority was the race but he also had a duty as a Doctor. “ Are you ok?” He asked Candy as he observed the popcorn hit her face. “ Sounds like a good idea. I will join you shortly as I need to do something really quick.” Hunt said. He first took an emergency med kit from the Court room and walked towards the Victim. He then tries to make eye contact “ Hello, my name is Doctor Hunt. I’m a Starfleet Medical Officer. It sounds like you might have a fracture on your ribs. Depending the severity of the fracture there is a risk that your lungs might be punctured. I just want to double check how much damage was done.” Hunt then looked at the friend and then asked them both “ Do you mind if I take a quick scan?” As he showed his Medical Tricorder. If he was given consent, he would try and scan the bones and make sure that the ribs were stable. Even though it was a race the repercussions of abandoning civilians would be greater. “ Now if you permit me, I think you are stable enough for a site-to-site transport to main Sickbay. I can use my medical authorization for a site-to-site transport. You should be fine with proper medical treatment. What’s your name sir? And don't worry we will fix you as good as new.” Hunt said as he tried to build his rapport and trust. If given authorization. =/\= Ops, this is Doctor Hunt, requesting a Priority 2 Medical Transport from the following life signs to main Sickbays. Authorization Hunt Alpha Tango” =/\= Hunt said in his comm. This was not a life and death transport as those would be given higher priority in the event that several people were given “ I hope no one though in the competition that it would be a good idea to disable the transporters to gain a competitive edge or abuse their site transporter codes” Hunt mentioned. Although in the back of his mind he figured would have a higher priority than most situation. As he hopes that if the Medical issue is figured out they can move to the beginning. {Click for blah blah} [ Jurgha, daughter of Khar - Courtroom] Jurgha stepped out of the way to let Eliska and Jonathan through to the scene, then pushed through the crowd after them, wanting to see what was going on. When Jonathan asked to set up a perimeter, she rose to the occasion with an impatient growl. “BACK OFF!” she shouted, accompanied by an unmistakably Klingon roar. That was sure to send a few of them scurrying… except for one. “She's trying to save him, idiot!” [ Cwm Eliska Bremmer - Courtroom, Front Ear Station ]There certainly was something to be said for being used to a low-technology approach in cases like these. "Like I was saying, 'full circle', that can't be much clearer: get back whence we started." [Courtroom] Hunt tried to have the people move back. And was glad when Jurgha helped him. Even though she was a little more violent than what he expected but it was important to give them room to operate. It was easy to think that Candy was busy thinking about the next clue. If everything was solved Hunt would approach the team and say “ Thanks for your Patience, Let’s go” [Hot Candy - Courtroom -> Observation Lounge]"You're the idiot!" The hysterical woman screeched at the klingon. "Can't you see she's trying to squeeze the life out of him!? Like a... a... an anaconda!"Meanwhile, once released, the patient flopped to the ground like a boneless fish and began wailing. "My chest! It's too tight!" His voice was hoarse, having suffered some damage from the object lodged in his throat, now at Candy Barr's feet. She grimaced at it. When Johnny asked if she was alright she nodded, putting on a brave face. Her mother used to say that was equally as important as make up of a morning when tragedy dawned. "Dr. Hunt I can't say that's the first time I've had a gentleman's slobber on me, and I dare say it won't be the last." She sniffed and raised her head. When the consensus seemed to be that they should return to the Observation Lounge she found herself agreeing. "Let's get a wiggle on." She moved to the courtroom's exit, though not before muttering a few choice curses at Dr. Hunt's difficult behaviour. She was fairly certain they were supposed to stay together, and there he was going off on his own mission again. Candy waited for the turbolift doors to open, then she stepped inside. Before the doors closed, the wailing, broken man on the floor of the gallery was beamed away. "I'm dying! I'm dy-"Once the last molecule had been pulled from the room, the blonde in the 'lift rolled her eyes. "So dramatic." And off they went, bound for the place that would supposedly bring them FULL CIRCLE. *** [Felicity Ellis - Observation Lounge, Deck 11]The dining chairs and tables had been rearranged; repositioned to fill the corners of the room and leave the space in the middle free. Three areas were outlined, and above each circle was a slowly rotating holoprojection of the teams' names and faces. Viewscreens were playing various scenes of success and challenge, and the XO watched them all with interest. There had been surprises, disappointments, triumphs, early leads and late falls. Felicity had been glued to it all morning, and she'd been receiving regular communications from her "helpers" in the field. There'd been issues, of course, she'd expected that. There'd be consequences. Yet, overall, they'd managed to stick together, and that had been the main goal of the exercise. She turned away from the viewscreen and toward the door, awaiting the teams. Once inside, they would be expected to move to their designated areas, place their recovered objects on the small podiums before them, and wait for the verdict.

[Ens. Syl O'Connell - Front Ear - Turbolift]"No arguments here," Syl replied with a grin when Leanna offered to unwind at the Blue Beta later. This was certainly not how she had been expecting this day to go, and a drink was sounding better and better. It was a long ride down to the lowest deck, but finally the doors parted to reveal their destination. The pilot stepped out of the lift and turned towards the armory, but the sign on the door next to it caught her attention. "Combat suit storage!" She pointed it out to the others, suddenly feeling foolish for not realizing the armor would be separate from the weapons. At least they were right next to each other. "Goes to show how often I've been down here..." Which was never. Entering the storage unit, she stared down the rows of lockers, suddenly realizing just how daunting this task could be. "Guess we better get started." Opening the first locker, she glanced over the suit inside, before picking up each boot and searching them as she had the ones with the EV suits.

[ Shavan Th’zhaar - Turbolift -> Observation Lounge] “What do you think we're doing?” Shavan scoffed and followed close behind Kova as they went back to the turbolift. When she asked about using site to site transport, he shrugged casually, in a way that said he did not intend to be ‘in trouble’ for it, but would not stop her from initiating it. However, it was Ic who answered first, with an emphatic response that Shavan didn’t fully know what to make of. “Alright, we won’t.” Maybe he also didn't have much regard for the concept of cheating, since he didn't see how being resourceful in trying to win was a bad thing. Using the transporters had not been explicitly forbidden by the rules of the competition. It was simply a bad idea in general. However, they were already in the turbolift, and as Ic pointed out, didn't have far to go. It wouldn’t be worth it now. “We wouldn’t want you to not rematerialize. Though I don't see how that would be cheating, exactly.” he continued with a slight amused smirk. When the lift deposited them on Deck 11, he quickly led the way to the Observation Lounge, and the scene that awaited them. Kova Sh'qaleq Ic Arbrell ____________ [ Jurgha, daughter of Khar - Courtroom -> Turbolift] It was probably for the best that Hunt took over before Jurgha could argue with the shouting woman any further. Eliska may have broken his ribs, but she was obviously not squeezing the life out of him. She watched with a glare as Hunt took care of the situation, and their ‘patient’ was finally transported to Sickbay. “Right, let’s go.” Since the others all agreed that the observation lounge was the answer to the last clue, she turned her focus back to the competition. With nothing more to discuss, she followed Candy to the turbolift, wasting no time in calling for their destination and getting moving. "So, what are you all going to do with the prize?", she asked when the lift was in motion, turning the conversation away from the scene in the courtroom, and mildly curious about what kind of upgrades to their quarters they would choose. [ Cwm Eliska Bremmer - Courtroom -> Turbolift -> Observation Lounge, Front Ear Station ]With a sigh, Eliska got herself moving away from the scene. She'd done her part; the casualty was no longer at an immediate risk of dying, although broken ribs might make that seem like one of the worst lies ever told; and now it was time to get back to the task at hand... Except that it would seem Hunt decided to play his own game yet again; seriously, even if there was internal damage, Sickbay was close enough that one wouldn't die from those injuries by the time they'd get there. It wasn't like he got dug out from under the wreckage of a collapsed corridor and there was no telling how long he'd been there. Making her way to the Turbolift, Eliska was fairly tapping her foot waiting for the good doctor to catch up, and when Candy Barr spoke to the dramatics of the man writhing in pain on the deck, she could not help but laugh. A good, honest laugh. "Broken ribs aren't fun for anyone, but he's definitely laying it on pretty thick. Well, at least I got witnesses."Well, there might be some paperwork involved later, but for now, there indeed was a job that needed completing, and while the turbolift car was finally in motion, Jurgha asked a deceptively simple question. What do do with their winnings? Well, there certainly were many things one Eliska Bremmer wanted, but she wasn't about to get greedy either. "A dedicated bedroom, and a real water shower. But if I had to pick one or the other, the shower's the one I really want."As finally they were deposited at the correct deck and section and finally made their way to the Observation Lounge, Eliska was not entirely surprised to see it set up the way it was, with clear areas for each of the teams, and she simply made her way for their own dedicated place... and await final judgement.

[Eta Borir - Armory]
Eta raised the right corner of her mouth while lowering the other, which brought a wry smile to her lips. They really deserved a drink, no matter how this would turn out today. Still, she refrained from commenting and just winked. She didn't speak further on the way there. There wasn't really anything more to say, and Eta's small talk wasn't good, but still better than her twisted sense of humor. In the armory, Eta helped Syl sort through boots and suits. She had absolutely no idea about insects in shoes or other human myths, but she still remembered some military action or other.
