[Matthew Harmon - Private Quarters, Deck 3]Harmon's alarm went off for the sixth time this morning. He turned it off again and tried to go back to sleep, but after a few more minutes he was again interrupted, this time by Captain Ellis summoning him. He signed and stuck his hand out feeling around his messy bedside table for his commbadge in the dark. "I'll be there soon," he groaned into the commbadge in response. A few more moments later he gathered the strength to get out of bed and turn the lights on, something he immediately regretted. The light hurt and he realised he had a splitting headache. He stumbled over an empty bottle of vodka as he headed to the shower, very much regretting last night given his current hangover.
[Blue Beta Bar and Grill]
Eventually, he made it to the Blue Beta, wearing a pair of sunglasses to help deal with the light. He looked around for the captain, contemplating ordering a drink. Hair of the dog often seemed to help. [Sir Dugris "Doug" Zaman, MBE, PhD, JD, MBA, RA, PE - Blue Beta Bar & Grill][...] "Captain Leather, Captain Ellis, and myself had just finished the distraction rig on Kerelia. I'd set one of the most expert-level fires of my life, he argued with her, blah blah. Long story short, he and I run off, on her orders, and next thing I know, he's giving me this speech, of the Rom-Com variety, with every motif, no cliché left unturned. He talked about how impressive and lovely she is - which is true, how much they can't get along - fair. I think he mentioned her eyes, and I'm sure he mentioned her mother. Not to mention, he was so flustered, as I recall, to hear it said that I knew that he just dug his hole deeper, and I knew then that I had nailed it. Can't say he'll nail her, though; she's too smart."It wasn't often that Doug got a gem like that confession, and he was getting all the mileage he could out of it, to the best of his recollection. "He was so flustered, he actually, finally, called me 'Sir' Doug afterwards, like he's supposed to. It was a sight to behold; I don't think he would've been more embarrassed if his leather pants had ripped open."Doug took another swig of his glass and waited for a reaction. [Felicity Ellis - Blue Beta Bar & Grill, Promenade]She didn't bother hiding the surprised smile at the sound of Harmon's groan in response to her order. Amused and wondering exactly what it was she'd disturbed with her call and very polite request, she continued on her way toward Deck 8. The route was becoming more and more familiar to her; the Blue Beta, owned by her closest friend Leanna Mazal was a favourite haunt for her while on Station. She'd spent much of her time out here on the Mac, but she took the opportunity to stay on Front Ear as much as she could. Not only were her friends in residence here, but also her new little godson, and her brother and his fiancé. Felicity couldn't help but smile again as she relived the moment she'd finally been allowed to rubber-stamp his transfer request... That's a secret, she reminded herself as she stepped into the bar. The happy thoughts quickly fled when Felicity realised just how busy the Nyberrite Alliance had been, and how professionally and seriously they were treating this little event. Not wanting to make her presence known quite so soon, she sidled over toward the edge of the bar where she spotted Sir Doug and Caroline. She stayed silent, choosing not to interrupt the El-Aurian's flow as he weaved a story - about her. And Jett. To one of her crew. Her expression darkened, but she was upwind of Sir Doug, and mostly hidden by a decorative column. Spying Harmon enter, she gave him a small, subtle wave and gestured toward the more secluded corner booths. As she pushed off the bar to follow her own direction, she revealed herself to the pair. "If there's nailing to be done," she said smoothly, her voice quiet enough not to be overheard beyond the three of them, "I'll be the one doing it." Her eyes flickered toward Caroline. "Still waiting on that paperwork, Lieutenant." She moved off, intent once more on getting herself out of sight so she might pick Harmon's brain in relative peace. A drink wouldn't go amiss, though. Spotting Seamus, she gave him a wink and made a drinking motion with her hand. When she reached the empty booth and as soon as Harmon approached, she'd get straight down to business. "Welcome to the Nyberrite Alliance's recruitment drive on Front Ear, Lieutenant."

[ Brooke - Private Quarters] If there was one thing Brooke loved to do, apart from spending time with Greg, her friends, Greg and creating culinary delights for both home and the cafe, it was shopping. So after a successful trip to the Promenade, where she had managed to finally find the perfect pair of sandals to go with her wedding dress. Brooke had returned to the quarters that she shared with her handsome husband to be, when he wasn't out with Leeds, laden with bags as it wasn't just the shoes that she had bought. No she had definitely splurged a little, but then again it was good to do that now and again, especially on a day off. Besides Brooke always liked to surprise and also treat herself, but now that she had finished shopping, the plan was to put it away, change into something comfortable and start baking. Only this time, her cakes would be something a little more special as she wanted to try out a couple of different flavours so they could decide what would work for their wedding cake. Yes she could of gotten one of her employees to make it, but the perfectionist inside her, preferred to make it herself. So after storing away her purchases and hiding her shoes with her dress, Brooke quickly changed into a vest and comfy pants, then headed to her domain ... the kitchen. She rarely had to use a recipe but she took out what she needed, the book that she had put together herself, ingredients and equipment. Then she began to weigh them out and began baking, but not before she instructed the computer to play one of her favourite songs. Cascada [Gregory Ellis - Private Quarters]In Greg's hand was a PADD that displayed a document he hoped would change their future for the better. Being engaged to someone in Starfleet, expected to put up with him going on extended missions for months at a time, was difficult for Brooke. It was hard for him, too, it would have been his preference to have his fiancé with him everywhere he went, but he didn't worry about her as much as she did him. There were times when he'd been too far away for a live, real-time talk with her, and missions that had lasted three-four months without once being able to see her in person, or hold her, or give her the time and attention he knew she deserved. But the PADD in his hand; he hoped that would help fix things. It meant, at the very least, that they could start their married life together without having to keep one eye on the Leeds' timetable. The blaring music made him look up from his desk, and grin. Brooke was almost always in good humour, but one could always tell just how good by her choice of song. Precious PADD still with him, he stood and made his way out of the study and toward the large kitchen, the cook's paradise - his future wife's domain. "I'm here to help!" He announced over the song. When he said "help", he really meant "taste", but that was useful too, right? He knew she'd taken on the baking for their wedding cake herself, and he understood why. Being a baker of note, she'd want everything done a certain way, to her own standard, and while her staff were all gifted in their own individual ways, Brooke likely would never be completely happy and comfortable unless she had all of her fingers in this pie.

Tag: Leanna Mazal (Brooke). [ Brooke - Private Quarters] Once she had gotten into her usual stride, the first of the cake mixes had gone into the oven, almost immediately thanks to the infectious beat courtesy of the song that was currently playing. Okay she may of danced around a little and sang along to the lyrics as she turned her focus to the next three mixes. Having already dealt with the chocolate and chocolate orange sponges, all she had left to do was the red velvet, plain vanilla and her signature lemon drizzle cake. The smells that were already emanating from the oven, were always a good sign that she had mixed the batter just right and she was already looking forward to adding simple frosting or cream with a few added extras, once they were all ready and cooled. This was purely for practice and decision purposes, preferring to keep the actual design of the cake a secret. Of course she expected Greg to try and get it out of her, in a way that was hard to resist, but at the same time, wanted it to be a surprise. She had been so caught up in the music and the cakes, that she didn't hear Greg approach at first until he got closer and told her that he was here to help. That made Brooke smile as she turned towards the man she loved, knowing full well what he wanted to help with and that was more than okay with her. In fact it was just so good to have him home, especially with it being her day off. " Mmmm good, although you've got about 20 minutes until you can help with the first of the cakes" she teased, as she gave him her full attention.

As the Bar Owner waited to see if she had been correct with her assumption as to who she had greeted, she noticed that the bar had begun to fill up a little more, especially taking note of Costa's arrival and knew that Seamus would take good care of their business associate and potential friend until either herself or Fells could get to her. For now Leanna's attention was on the Colonel as Vasser confirmed who she was and thanked her again for allowing them to host their event in the bar as well as complimenting her staff for being so accommodating. " I appreciate your kind words Colonel as will my staff and I'm glad that we were able to offer you the space" Lea replied as Vasser then continued with the compliments as well as an apology regarding the timing and how she was aware of Aven's arrival. Lea listened and again appreciated what the Colonel was saying to her and knew that it wasn't exactly a secret about her being on maternity leave, but still it was nice for that to be recognised. " It was no trouble at all, Colonel ... my Fiance and staff well I can't fault their work ethic when it comes to organising such things and thank you its appreciated ... I'm slowly getting back into work although its nice to have less hours and have that balance between the two".Whilst she didn't have a great insight into the Nyberrite Alliance, Lea knew enough about Promenade life to know who your neighbours were and establish a decent and cordial relationship with them all. Whether that changed or not well that was the risk associated with being out here, especially on the fringes of space. Still so far Vasser hadn't done anything for Lea to mistrust or become suspicious and their conversation was pleasant and her words sincere. However when she then looked at her more intently and spoke of her request, Lea smiled as she thought it was nice of her to ask to see pictures of Aven. However Lea could do one better than show pictures of her son. " Actually I don't mind at all, in fact you can see the real thing" Lea said as she turned so Vasser could see Aven in the baby sling that was secured around her front. [NPC - Colonel Helena Vasser - Blue Beta Bar, Promenade, Front Ear Station] Leanna seemed gracious in her receipt of Helena's compliments. She also spoke very highly of her staff, which in Vasser's opinion was well deserved. She made mention that her fiance had played a great part in the effort to put this event together. It was certainly a fact that Vasser noted. "Where is your fiance? I would like to thank him personally as well," Helena stated. In that light, the child was a nice change of subject. Leanna even offered Helena the opportunity to physically see the child. "Oh, I didn't want to disturb him. He was so quiet," she said, finding her voice dipping slightly to a whisper. She pivoted slightly, so that she could see the child as Helena offered a view. "Oh, he's so precious. A little heartbreaker in the making." Vasser sighed heavily as she remarked over the child. Parenthood wasn't anywhere on her immediate radar. She was driven by her career. In fact, it was that which had brought her to the Nyberrite Alliance. Now, it was time to pay it forward, so to speak. "If you don't me asking, one of the officers in our recruitment office mentioned that you all experienced a rash of burglaries along the promenade. That isn't a recurring issue is it?" she asked.

[...] You know, I hate seeing people like you in here. You're smart. I'd much rather see that intelligence used for good, rather than annoying my security officers, and by remote, me. It upsets the delicate balance of my symbiont. She patted her belly jokingly. And wouldn't you rather be working? You've got a little shop, right? Do you have anyone to mind the store while you're not there? [...] [ Avi Moz | Low security holding cell, Brig, Deck 2 ]Avi flipped around on the bed until she was sitting on the edge of the bed leaning earnestly forward. "Oh, you're going to reform me. Please, oh, my life of crime, if only someone had told me I was smart," she said, her eyes inky and wet. The Bolian held the face for one long extra second until it softened a little. "I did this station a public service. That great lout needed a bell on him." That's what this whole business was about, among other things. She was properly exhausted of station security so she'd tagged Lieutenant Aune, or whatever he was called, with a Barking Spider. It was a blunt little tracking device that clung to anything and gave off a regular, incessant beeping.

It hadn’t taken long after arriving on the station for Shavan to learn that the Blue Beta was one of the most popular spots on the Promenade, and to become a frequent customer. After finishing his most recent duty shift and changing into civilian clothes, he walked in the doors, ready to see if there was anything happening or just relax with a drink. Or several drinks. Shavan sat down at the bar and ordered an Andorian ale. With it in hand, he idly glanced back at the room behind him, looking for someone interesting to talk to or someone pretty to flirt with. He saw the banners for an event on the mezzanine but initially paid it little attention as it wasn't why he was there. [ Kova Sh'qalea - Blue Beta Bar, Promenade, Front Ear Station] There was rarely a shortage of patrons at the Blue Beta Bar, and it seemed that tonight was no different. In fact, there may have been more present that evening, and that was likely due to the presence of the Nyberrite Alliance. It was something that Kova had considered briefly... very briefly. In part, she felt that in many ways, it would be more similar than not to Starfleet. And Starfleet had left quite a bitter taste in her mouth after her... departure from the academy. What she had noticed, however, was that recently it seemed that the Nyberrite Alliance had become an attractive alternative to Starfleet. Perhaps the grass was greener on the other side. She lingered at the end of the bar for a while. It was certainly long enough to notice a number of things. One of them being the familiar face of the Andorian-Orion hybrid, Shavan. She watched him a few moments as he seemed to scour the room, looking for trouble. Perhaps it was that Orion labido he was trying to soothe. She also noticed that freighter captain... the one she literally could not understand. Kova swore whatever language she spoke, the universal translator could not decipher. It even seemed that the Captain had made an appearance, but she didn't seem to want to make much of a fuss of it. There were also a lot of white coats in the room. Hell, even some of those white coats were people that had worked on this station as members of Starfleet. Kova sipped her ale, and found she had finished the first one. Her plan had been to have just the one, but she began to think that perhaps a second wouldn't wouldn't hurt. She motioned for the bartender to get her another, and an additional one. She moved from her seat and settled into one that was vacant next to Shavan. About that time, the pair of fresh Andorian ales arrived. "You look like you're looking for something to regret," Kova said. "That's easier to find on this station than you think."

The Captain received his trademark grin in response as he poured a glass of her favourite tipple and handed it over to Jack in order to deliver it to her table. Considering that some of their staff were already present on the mezzanine to accommodate the event, there wasn't a shortfall, enabling those on the ground floor to keep up with the sudden increase in custom.

He'd been monitoring them since he arrived on the station, after all there was little else going on in the vicinity. The Alliance was little more than a glorified band of mercenaries. They liked to present themselves as adventurers, or noble bands of soldiers for hire to those who need them. In Harmon's mind however, they were thugs. Mercenaries were after all a profession entirely devoid of morality. They killed and fought for profit, often for the greedy and powerful elites and corporations of the galaxy who felt in need of a private army. Perhaps worse was the reality that while the Alliance preferred experienced well regarded officers from the likes of Starfleet, many of their volunteers were made up of people such as the desperate with no where else to go, criminals seeking to escape their past, or those who just had a thirst for power and authority. He detested them and was privately incensed by the Federation allowing them to operate.
"A real charming group. It's a pleasure to have them aboard," he said sarcastically.

It was a tad unfortunate, but not detrimental to her plans. "Well, I'm sure he'll turn up soon," she said with a smile. As her query about the burglaries was fielded, it seemed Leanna felt more comfortable delegating that response to security. "Of course. I'll try to contact Chief Melihn at some point. I'm sure she's rather busy with numerous affairs of the station at the moment." She had no doubt the woman was probably doing just that, but it was a subtle observation. One that could hint at how large of a responsibility that was, tending to Starfleet's security concerns as well as the civilian element aboard as well. Leanna mentioned that there were some other matters she needed to attend to. She invited Helena to accompany her, insisting that it wouldn't take long and then they could continue their conversation. "Only if it wouldn't be an inconvenience," she said politely. She had already calculated that she still had a few minutes before she could address those in attendance. Besides, moving about could give her the opportunity to survey the rest of the bar and see whom was in attendance. Admittedly, there was at least one face she had expected to see, but yet to run in to. She sincerely doubted that their paths would not cross. It was just a matter of when. Colonel Vasser lifted her hand slightly gesturing for Leanna to lead the way. As she followed, all seemed to be going well in the room. Designated officers were engaging people in conversation including those that had recently signed up in the recruitment office rather recently. It seemed everything was falling into place.

Still it was nice for the Colonel in her attempt to be reassuring as she then mentioned how she would try to contact Ryah, in regards to her query about the break ins and whether they would be a continuing issue. " Yes more than likely with a station this size" she remarked, as Vasser then agreed to her offer to join her at the bar, but only if it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. " Great and not at all, it's just some business with one of our associates". Lea then smiled as Vasser gestured for her to lead the way, although checked on Aven as she walked, before greeting Jack as took drinks over to Flick's table, including one for Lieutenant Harmon. Once the bar owner reached the bar, she greeted Sir Doug and Counsellor Riordan as well as Seamus, before approaching Costa. " Costa, it's good to see you, I hope that Seamus is taking good care of you? ... also where are my manors ... this is Colonel Vasser who is in the charge of the group hosting the event on the mezzanine floor".

[ Leanna - Blue Beta Bar & Grill] [...] Meanwhile back at the bar, Seamus had caught the wink in his direction from Flick and the drinking motion, before she had moved to one of the more private booths. [Blue Beta Bar]Harmon followed the Captain to an empty booth, signalling to the Seamus to bring him a drink of some sort, any would do really. "Ah..." he said as she mentioned the Nyberrite Alliance.
[Felicity Ellis - Blue Beta Bar & Grill]"Oh, an absolute delight," Felicity responded tersely to Harmon's sarcasm, before offering a smile of thanks to Jack when he arrived with their drinks. She took the neat whiskey, knowing it was Irish without even having to ask. Was it a testament to how well Lea's staff knew her, or how much she drank in their establishment? She decided not to spend too much time thinking about that one. "Thanks, Jack. Don't work too hard." Her eyes shifted up toward the mezzanine, which would soon begin to fill up potential recruits. As far as she could tell, the bar itself already contained a number of officers and civilians she would consider prime candidates. As the waiter walked off, tray in hand, Felicity moved the glass to her lips to take a testing taste. "I want eyes on them," she said before taking a generous swallow of the whiskey. The telltale burn and shiver followed, and she returned her attention to the Intelligence officer before her. "I'd hate to think of any of our own people contemplating leaving us for them." Naturally, if they wanted to go, she wouldn't stop anyone. That didn't mean that she wasn't a little protective of her people, however. "Tell me what you've noticed."
Tag: Matthew Harmon [ Brooke - Private Quarters] Once she had gotten into her usual stride, the first of the cake mixes had gone into the oven, almost immediately thanks to the infectious beat courtesy of the song that was currently playing. [Gregory Ellis - Private Quarters]He leaned against the kitchen island, his elbows on the counter-top. "In that case, I have just the thing." He wriggled his eyebrows in mock suggestion at the time limit of twenty minutes. Then he grinned and held out the PADD. "There's something written on there that I think you might like."Once she took it from him he would wait for a few moments for her to read it, and then supply an explanation. He was far too impatient to see her reaction to wait for very long. "It finally came through, baby. My transfer. No more four month long Leeds missions. I'm going to be here for the foreseeable." He straightened up off the counter, his eyes searching her face. This would open more doors to them than they'd previously thought, and it meant they could do everything they'd planned, sooner rather than later.

Tag: Ozu Saya[NPC - SCPO Melihn Ryah - Brig] Ryah folded her arms and compressed her lips, hiding a bit of a smile. Damned if she didn't actually like the recalcitrant miscreant. She still didn't approve of essentially microchipping one of her security officers, though. You can take or leave the advice, she said with a shrug. But understand, I do have limits. Ryah's tone turned deadly serious as she stalked over to the cell and hit the force field release with the side of her fist. You're free to go, this time. But don't take this as weakness. I will arrest you if I catch you breaking the law. And leave my security officers the hell alone. Ryah stepped aside and gestured the Bolian out with a wide-spread arm. She had other matters to attend to, not least of which was checking out what the Nyberrite Alliance was up to. If Avi didn't want a lecture, Ryah wouldn't give her one.

Harmon smiled and thanked Jack as he served up a gin and tonic. He took a long sip as he listened to the captain speak. "It's difficult getting information on them, they're quite secretive. Not a big fan of sharing. So far I can definitively say that Crewman Conor Lynch, Security has joined up. He's had disciplinary problems before, it makes sense. There's also been a few civilians we've been monitoring as potential criminals as well as a handful of ex-convicts who I can confirm have joined," he paused to take another drink. "These are the sorts of people they like to recruit. They advertise specifically for experienced Starfleet officers but they're all too happy to take criminals and desperate people with nothing to lose." Again, he paused taking a drink, this time for a bit longer. His headache was starting to get a bit better.
"I expect we'll see them contacting some of our people directly or advertising more aggressively for a time. They may offer things like shorter hours, they'll play the 'don't you want to see your family more?' card and things like that. They'll pitch life in the Alliance as some kind of noble adventure. I imagine in the next few days we will lose more people. How many is impossible to say but given our isolated position out here and the fact that for many..." he paused for a moment dwelling on his own circumstances that resulted in his assignment to Front Ear, "For many its an assignment to get them out of the way. A dead end for their career. I imagine retention will be harder for us than other stations." He took another long drink allowing the captain to process the information. "Monitoring them is difficult given the Federation isn't so keen on upsetting them. They have deep pockets and don't like being interfered with. I've got people watching their recruitment office but I would like to go further. Ideally I'd like to plant bugs and access their computer record, but I'll need your authorisation for that."

[Promenade -> Unidentified Store]
Federation Stations. What an awful place. That was all Alex had on his mind as he wandered the promenade of the loud, bustling, and busy station. Too many people, and too many rules. Cops and Cameras everywhere, and everything pristinely polished to precise perfection. It's not that Alex wasn't used to stations - he was very familiar with the structures that Humanity and other races had built into the cosmos, establishing bases in the most inhospitable environments known to exist just to flash a middle finger to whatever cosmic entity had decided Humanity needed to do silly things like breathe or not absorb copious amounts of cosmic radiation. Instead, Humanity had reached out and established bases and outposts, bringing their fragile ecosystems with them in order to not just survive but thrive, in towering metal cities in the inky blackness, where loss tolerances were zero and only through the constant effort of hundreds of machines and workers did it all stick together. But, like everything created, it had its flaws. And flaws could be exploited. A doctor by trade, Alex had a bit of a... side hobby he liked to indulge. Sometimes, you needed to get what you needed, and it didn't matter quite if you were meant to. He'd recently run through the last of his stock of Romulan Ale - which was, even in spite of some efforts, still illegal as far as Alex knew. He'd made a contact a while back who said that they could get some for him, should he ever need. For the right price, of course. And so, as Alex walked, a bag over his shoulder, and a PADD with a medicinal order for it in his pocket, he walked forward into a little seedy shop toward the edge of the well-traveled section, the door sealing shut behind him as a small-lobed Ferengi waved him inside, the telltale crafty expression already at play as the two began to converse. Perhaps it wouldn't be a total loss of a day after all.

" Costa, it's good to see you, I hope that Seamus is taking good care of you? ... also where are my manors ... this is Colonel Vasser who is in the charge of the group hosting the event on the mezzanine floor". [NPC - Colonel Helena Vasser - Blue Beta Bar, Promenade, Front Ear Station] Colonel Vasser followed Leanna's lead as she led the way to the bar. Along the way, Leanna briefly greeted one of her servers. She only allowed her eyes to follow the man briefly, and found that it was fortuitous that she had. Slinking in booth was none other than the station's commander, Captain Felicity Ellis. Clever girl, Vasser mused. She had wondered how things would play out between them, and now she believed she knew where they stood with one another. She didn't recognize the gentleman he was with. It seemed that Major Chromar's work wasn't as efficient as she believed. One would assume that since she hadn't been briefed on him, that he wasn't a major player. Yet, that was perhaps why he was the most dangerous piece on the board. She'd get her intelligence officer on him as soon as the opportunity presented itself. As they reached the bar, Vasser's attention was recaptured at the mention of a single name, Costa. Leanna asked if Seamus had been taking care of her, but then remembered that she was with company and sought to make introductions. The woman smiled and extended her hand towards Costa. "Alexa Costa, it is a pleasure. Just goes to show how small the galaxy really is. I believe we have a mutual acquaintance. Admiral Torngate?"It was a simple name drop, but an honest one. It was best to see how the woman would react. Of all of their targeted recruits, she was fairly certain that Alexa Costa would be the hardest to sell. Of course, she'd be among the most valuable recruits. The play here was simple... to make Costa interested in her. Vasser felt she could empathize with a woman like Costa. She felt they had more in common than they did differences. Yet, she wouldn't be able to blow smoke up Costa's kazoo. She'd simply have to hope that the woman was interested in what she was offering.

Tag: Leanna Mazal (Brooke) [ Brooke - Private Quarters] The mention that he had just the thing, followed by the eyebrow wiggle of what he was mock suggesting, had Brooke playing along instantly, knowing that it would take more than twenty minutes and besides, it was always fun whenever they were playful with one another. " Oh you do .. interesting" she replied teasingly, before he grinned and held out the PADD, immediately grabbing her attention about what was written on it and how she might like it. Accepting it from him, Brooke began to read what it contained, barely getting through it, before Greg explained, knowing how adorably impatient he could be, especially with something so important and life changing as this. That's when realisation hit of what this was and how it changed everything for them. No more working longer hours, so she didn't have to spend too long in their empty home, or returning to an empty bed. No more wearing his shirt or hugging his pillow just for some closeness, from missing him too much. No longer having to worry about him or when she could get to talk to him, no this was more than she could ever of imagined and now they could do so much, instead of cramming in everything during his short spells home. " This is brilliant news baby and something we definitely have to celebrate ... this means so much to both of us and what we can do without .... " Brooke replied happily, remembering to speak as he looked at her. Forgetting about something so inconsequential as the cakes as she decided to finish how she felt physically, rather than continue verbally. So she put the PADD on the counter and threw her arms around him, before kissing him deeply.
