[Doctor Paawin Riyo ("Butch") - Front Ear Station - The Dancing Leprechaun]The tackle was a success, and the two landed heavily on the bar floor. Butch could hear Harmon talking to the bartender, but was a little too distracted by the fingers clawing across the fresh cuts on his arm to hear what he was saying. Gritting his teeth, he dropped his free hand to his belt, fumbling to find the right vial among the several he kept hidden. The shift in his weight allowed the Andorian better movement range, and he paused when he felt the solid pressure of a weapon against his side. He couldn't tell if the kid's finger was able to press the trigger or not, and he wasn't willing to take the chance that it was. After all... he was the doctor. He doubted anyone around would be able to save him from a point-blank disruptor shot. Butch released his hold around the Andorian's neck, withdrawing his arm slowly and sitting up, but he only braced his knees on the ground on either side of the kid's legs so he wasn't simply letting him go. It was about that moment he heard Harmon giving the orders to take Mabel and kill the Andorian, and he released a heavy sigh of frustration. "Why do you only ever say that when we're in a hurry?!" His next movement was quick, striking Shavan's wrist in an attempt to get him to release the weapon then restrain his arm. Mabel resumed shrieking, and he knew their time had run out. Butch's free hand slid up his sleeve, retrieving a different vial than the one he had been looking for earlier. The lid popped off with ease, and he dove back down to try and shove the powdered contents between the Andorian's lips. It wouldn't kill him... Butch didn't keep anything that fast-acting on him, and it went against his ethical code to just kill someone and leave their body behind anyway. But just a little bit of the tranquilizer was all it would take to render the kid unconscious, and thus no longer a problem.

[ Seamus - The Dancing Leprechaun] " Yes" Seamus said simply to confirm that he was Harmon's contact before the Rebel leader warned him that certain people were already suspicious of him, which the Irishman already had an inkling about, considering his actions since Mabel and the other one decided to show themselves up. There was a brief look of contempt towards Mabel, his sources already proving to be correct with her identity. " Then I've done my job correctly as we wouldn't that scum to be happy" He remarked, before Harmon made him an unexpected offer. There had been no offence taken either when he said that he didn't need another spy and now that his secret had been compromised. Seamus seriously considered joining the Rebels to fight and regain some of his old self, to bring justice and if he was lucky kill Eastman herself for taking away the only woman that he truly loved. He knew that Harmon didn't have a lot of time so he had to make his decision quickly despite the Andorian trying to escape from their clutches and Mabel's pathetic attempts to talk her way out of her current predicament. When she then started to shout and attract the attention of someone outside of the bar, Seamus realised what she must of done as the one called Butch dealt with the Andorian. " Count me in, I have a decent enough manager who can run this place for me and it's about time that I re-joined the fight, especially as it looks as though Miss Desperate over there, has called for back up and Raggir is it, kill her before I do or at the very least knock her out so she can't talk".Weapon in hand, Seamus got ready to engage so he could help his new friends get the hell out of this with causing enough damage to the other side as was physically possible.

[Chloe Hudson - Bridge, Determined]
As soon as Kova announced the warp drive was one, Chloe brought them to high warp, hopefully leaving the station; and Commissioner, behind before they had noticed what had happened. Now that she could relax, ever so slightly, she listened to Kova's advice and used the patching agent to seal her suit and help deal with her wounded arm. The rush of officers, probably to deal with Matt, was certainly useful, especially if people decided to start waking up. Chloe was confused when Kova seemed to recognise someone on board. It took her a moment to piece it together but eventually she figured it out. She had heard from Matt a little about Kova's background, her lost daughter and why she joined the Front. The mention of an adolescent female Andorian seemed to spark hope in Kova. "I can deal with things up here for a bit," she said softly. "You go find her."[Matt Harmon - Front Ear]
Fortunately, Seamus was eager to join up and Matt didn't have to spend long trying to convince him. He was eager to kill Mabel, an understandable sentiment, but Matt calmed him. "She's more useful to us alive. They won't shoot at us while Raggir's got her," Raggir shuffled up towards Matt and the new addition to their crew, dragging the wailing Mabel with him. "Would you shut it?" he said to her with frustration. For a moment it seemed as though Butch behind them was struggling with the Andorian, but eventually Butch seemed to get free. Hopefully that was the end of that. The security Mabel called continued to try and surround them. Matt kept a close eye on where they were moving. "We're leaving now," he announced loudly so they could hear. "We're brining Mabel and if you try to stop us, if you survive, you will have to explain to the Commissioner why her daughter's head is separated from her body. Raggir here can be quite violent at times," he beckoned for his allies to follow him as he slowly headed back onto the Phoenix, weapon at the ready in case they decided to do something profoundly stupid.

[ Shavan Th’zhaar - The Dancing Leprechaun] Shavan glared at the Bajoran when he shoved him back against the bar. “I could say the same to you.” he answered coldly. He barely had time to say anything else, or push back, before Harmon found the device. Damn it. Shavan stared at them defiantly, trying to ignore the sinking feeling in his gut and act like he didn’t care. “Whoops. Must have dropped something.”
He was a bit surprised that it was Mabel who struck the first blow. They weren’t blocking her path; surely she could have tried to run for it and leave him to deal with the consequences of failure. But there was no time to dwell on it, and no more trying to talk their way out. Following Mabel’s lead, he shoved back against the Bajoran. Keeping his own disruptor pistol concealed for the moment, he quickly grabbed a bottle from the bar top behind him and attempted to smash it over the Bajoran’s head. [ Seamus - The Dancing Leprechaun] After leaving the two factions to their childish banter and one up man ship especially Eastman's daughter with her talk of punishments and empty threats. Seamus had moved to the other end of the bar, in order to serve other customers who were keen to avoid that particular group. Of course that didn't mean that he was completely ignoring them and was in fact keeping a close eye on the situation, waiting for the right opportune moment in order to get Harmon on his own. What he hadn't or should of anticipated was a possible skirmish between the Rebels and the remnants of the Empire and so as the Andorian hybrid pushed into Harmon. Seamus got ready to intervene especially when Mabel decided to use her disruptor to hit one of Harmon's people rather than do the sensible thing of leaving or denying that she and her lackey any wrongdoing. That was just typical in Seamus's eyes and yet he wasn't about to let this kind of behaviour attract Nyberrite security, not that he was going to tell them that as he moved quickly towards the fight that was brewing. As Shavan then shoved the Bajoran, Seamus raised his voice and looked at them all. " Enough, I won't have any fighting in my bar, now I suggest that you two" He said angrily, indicating Mabel and Shavan. " Get out, before I call Security and consider yourselves no longer welcome in this establishment".If either of them tried anything, the Irishman was ready and for their sakes hoped that they would leave without any further fuss, so he could then speak to Harmon and the others. [Doctor Paawin Riyo ("Butch") - Front Ear Station - The Dancing Leprechaun]He didn't take his eyes off the Andorian while Matt patted himself down, but he could see the man pull something out of his pocket and set it on the table. Raggir stepped up next to him, ready to help, and Butch was always grateful to have the large Orion on his side. Much better than going up against him. Harmon finished his 'disappointment speech', Mabel lashed out and... Did she seriously just pistol-whip an Orion bodyguard? Yes, it would seem she did. Butch wasn't sure if that was more brave or stupid. But he didn't have time to think on it, as the Andorian took advantage of his momentary distraction and shoved him back. Stumbling a couple steps, he grabbed onto the edge of a table to keep himself from falling, and quickly regained his balance. Looking back over, he saw a glass bottle coming down towards his head, and had just enough time to lift his arm to absorb the blow. The glass broke upon impact with his forearm, and left a few deep gashes in its wake, but he'd rather it be his arm than his face. Righting himself, he was just about to throw a punch when the bartender rushed back over to yell at them, kicking out the two lackeys. Butch hesitated for a brief moment, his gaze darting over to Harmon for confirmation. Were they really going to just let these two go, after whatever it was they just tried to pull on him? [Matt Harmon - The Dancing Leprechaun] Matt was somewhat suppressed when Mabel pistol whipped Raggir. He'd expected her to make an exit, and certainly didn't expect her to attack the burly Orion. Raggir took the hit well, but was stunned for a moment, more in surprise than as a result of the actual hit itself. Once he'd processed what had happened, he lunged towards Mabel attempting to grab her arm and violently disarm her. At the same time, Matt instinctively reached to his hip to draw his own pistol, but avoided raising it for the moment, remaining ready to respond and quickly fire from the hip if need be, but avoiding escalating further. Not to mention he didn't want to draw too much of the ire of the Nyberrite's as they surely would not take it too kindly to him gunning down the Commissioner's daughter.Besides him, Shavan hit Butch with a bottle, though fortunately the good doctor managed to block it with his arm. Naturally, Butch appeared ready to counterattack but the group was soon interrupted by the bartender. At first, Matt thought they were all being asked to leave, as would be expected. He was a little disappointed inwardly to have the fun interrupted. However, he did a double take and realised that the bartender was only asking Shavan and Mabel to leave. Curious. That did not make much sense. Unless, of course, this man was the contact who had been feeding him information, or at least knew who was. Usually Matt would not be so keen as to let his enemies get away too easy without much of a scratch, but the information from the informant was more valuable this time. As much as he'd love to dispatch Mabel, it would cause more harm to himself and the Front than it would be worth at this juncture. "My apologies," he said to the bartender with a warm smile. "My associate will help them find their way out of your fine establishment," he nodded to Raggir, momentarily distracting the man's attention from Mabel and Shavan. [NPC - 1st. Lt. Mabel Eastman - The Dancing Leprechaun]As Raggir grabbed her arm, Mabel grimaced with distress and held in a shriek, having not thought this far out in advance. She now came to realize, the hard way, why her mother left the fighting to those who were suited to it. However, the barkeep's comments, and Harmon's, were belittling and humiliating to the young woman. To her, her own pride, her mother's pride, and their organization's pride were one, and had to be defended. "Your associate will do no such thing," she proclaimed, as she attempted to knee Raggir in the groin.
Tag Shavan Th'zhaar , Leanna Mazal , Jovireh Velal , Matthew Harmon [NPCs - Darby Nelson and Dihiq, son of Kroka - Docking Bay, Phoenix]Darby and Dihiq were an odd pairing: one a former Terran slave to the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance, the other a Klingon slaver. However, neither one much cared for the lot life had drawn for him, and so both had escaped together, and stuck together. Now, they ran security for Harmon. The odd duo stood outside the Bijeta when they saw the smuggler, Ozu, and... it must be Eastman's enforcer, Aune. "Hands where I can see them!" Darby ordered. "Drop whatever that is!" Dihiq added.
Tag Ozu Saya and Sven Aune [Commissioner Judith Eastman - Bijeta]For once, Ozu was right - about the need for Aune to keep himself hidden - but of course he didn't listen. He had lost his touch lately, growing more full of himself and less obedient with every week. As the idiots left, Judy was now alone to figure out her own exit. She supposed she could attempt to rescue Aune from his own stupidity, and indeed she retained the option of beaming him up. However, her pertinent concern was survival, and her plan was clear: she'd launch a probe at the emergency alarm button in the docking bay, opening the door and allowing her to fly out as smoothly as she'd flown in. That is, assuming Aune and Ozu screwed this up, as seemed exceedingly likely. [Chloe Hudson, Vitath, & Matt Harmon - Commercial Docks, Phoenix & The Dancing Leprechaun]
Chloe's decision to hear out this Horta proved to be a wise one. As they mentioned a plot to bomb the Phoenix her head snapped to face Kova, checking if she had heard the Horta. She did, fortunately, and was suddenly calling off the plan.
"Phoenix here," Vitath replied as he received a hurried and concerned communication from Kova. Had something gone wrong with the Determined? He continued to head towards the airlock, hoping Kova hadn't blown it.
Meanwhile, Chloe tried to get in touch with Matthew. "Matthew! Pick up, damnit!" she exclaimed over her communicator. "Oh and...thank you," she said earnestly to the Horta. Back in the bar, Mabel seemed eager to get herself shot. Or at least, that must have been what she was playing at. Maybe mother had treated her just that badly. At least, that was the best explanation for her behaviour. Raggir had managed to disarm her, but as Matt unintentionally distracted the brutish bodyguard, Mabel struck again, apparently learning from her previous clumsy attack, this time going for his family jewels. The Orion man howled in pain as Matt facepalmed in disappointment. At the same time, the Andorian tried to make a move against Matt, but Butch, fortunately stood in the way and dealt with that particular annoyance. The bartender once again spoke up, this time threatening to vaporise Mabel. That would be nice to see. Matt was soon distracted again, however as Chloe got in touch. "What? I'm a bit busy...""The Commissioner is trying to bomb the Phoneix. Kova reckons its Saya. We were warned by a Horta. What do you want us to do?" He'd expected the Commissioner to make a move, though hadn't quite anticipated something quite so bold. He thought it through for a moment before giving a quick decision. "Continue with your plan. This is a window, they'll be focused on their own schemes. I'll deal with this new irritation." He then turned to the bartender again, offering his apologies once again. "I am sorry my friend, but it seems we will need to be taking our friends here along with us. Her Highness here has her mum trying to bomb my ship. I can't abide such an egregious violation of the terms we agreed to for this summit," he smiled sadly at the bartender before turning his head to his bodyguard. "Raggir!" he barked. "Grab her, drag her with us. I don't care what happens to the Andorian." he told Butch. Obediently, Raggir, having recovered from the pain of the blow to his groin, went to grab Mabel's collar to drag her from the bar.
"Show me the way out?" he asked the bartender warmly. Hopefully he could both have a moment to talk with him away from the others and ensure that he did not prevent Matt's men from dealing with Mabel and Shavan.
Back in the Commercial Docks, Chloe relayed Matthew's orders to Kova. "The boss says carry on with the plan, we might have a window while they focus on bombing us. Matt'll deal with them....should we get going?" she asked anxiously.

[Shavan & T’Laara - The Dancing Leprechaun, Front Ear Station] Shavan took a deep breath as the pressure on his neck was released and the Bajoran moved back. There was a sudden strike to his wrist and he tried to fire the disruptor, but it was too late. The weapon fell to the floor, and while scrambling to reach for it again he leaned back, trying to throw the Bajoran off him. As the man tried to shove some sort of drug in his face, he kept his lips tightly closed and tried not to breathe. Shavan wanted to shout that he could be very useful alive, too, but couldn’t open his mouth without ingesting the poison. What a stupid way to die. A small amount of it must have gotten to him anyway, because a wave of lightheadedness washed over him and he felt his body start to grow weaker. Meeting T’Laara’s eyes from across the room, he felt a stab of relief at the sight of his wife. While their relationship was not exactly loving, they did always have each others backs. As the Andorian hybrid collapsed to the floor again, he could only hope desperately that it would not be too late. ________ Hearing Mabel Eastman’s shout, T’Laara had rushed forward. As she took in the scene in front of her, for a split second she was torn between saving Mabel, saving Shavan and neutralizing Harmon. But as the Terran began to speak, logically she knew that Harmon was right. She could shoot Raggir, but no matter how good her aim, any small movement could kill Mabel as well. And if she played any part in getting Commissioner’s daughter killed, her own life was sure to be forfeit. It was infuriating, but she had no choice but to stay back and let them pass. As soon as Harmon’s people cleared out of the bar, and the other security personnel moved off to follow them at a distance, T’Laara strode into the now nearly empty room. She quickly knelt by Shavan’s side and checked for a pulse. He was alive, and still fighting to stay conscious. Good. She slapped him in the face. Shavan groaned, which T'Laara took as confirmation that he could hear her. “Get up, nirak. I do not intend to lose you yet, and it would be unwise to stay here.” With that T’Laara hauled Shavan up into a standing position, supporting his weight. Shavan definitely did not disagree. They had to get out of there, before things got any worse. Together they stumbled out and away into the station. Jovireh Velal Matthew Harmon Judith Eastman

[Doctor Paawin Riyo ("Butch") - Front Ear Station - The Dancing Leprechaun]Butch had to hand it to the kid... He put up quite a struggle and almost succeeded in throwing him off a few times. But the benefit of powder was that it always got everywhere you didn't want it to. Soon enough, the Andorian stopped fighting, and Butch swiftly recapped the vial before slowly getting to his feet. The last thing he needed was for whoever had them surrounded to think he was making 'any sudden movements'. They were keen to believe Harmon though, and in just a few steps he had caught up to the group heading back to the Phoenix. It was unfortunate that Harmon would most likely not let him play with their hostage... At least not unless Eastman made negotiating difficult. Oh but he could dream. Now that the physical struggle was over, he took a chance to glance down at his injured arm. That was definitely going to take more than just a dermal regenerater to fix... And his blood had gotten everywhere. Looks like it was going to be straight to the medlab for him.

[ Seamus - The Dancing Leprechaun to Phoenix] As much as Seamus would of loved for either himself or Raggir to kill the inane banshee known as Mabel. The Irishman could see Harmon's point as the Rebel leader made a good attempt in calming him by explaining why she was useful in staying alive, at least for now. " You're right, let's get moving" Seamus replied, taking some satisfaction as Harmon then told Mabel to shut up. Weapon still ready, Seamus prepared to act as a warning was given to the encroaching extra help that Mabel had called out too. However he didn't need to fire as the message was received well and clear, allowing the Rebel group to leave with Eastman's daughter in tow. " Aw look at that, your friends actually saw sense so you need to be a good little girl if you want to see Mommy again" He taunted as the Andorian succumbed to whatever Butch had given him. There was one brief look back towards the bar, not knowing if he would see it again. But then he remembered Leanna and with a renewed determination, followed the group as it headed towards their ship.

[Matt Harmon - Front Ear - > Phoenix]
As Matt began to make his way back to the Phoenix to make their getaway, Raggir made sure he kept close to his boss, keeping Mabel restrained and making sure if anyone tried to be stupid enough to consider shooting at Matt they would be likely to hit Mabel.
Chloe then contacted him. "Heist's done, Matthew. Wish I could see the Commissioner's face when she finds out. Went well but I may need to visit Butch. Got a little scratch," he could tell from her voice that she proud and impressed with herself and Kova's success. And so she should be, the pair of them had pulled off one of the more impressive heists he'd heard of. Stealing an entire ship from a brutal warlord, full of her soldiers. "It seems your mother's going to have some trouble getting home, Mabel," he mocked, hinting at what the heist was.
Butch had managed to win his little scuffle finally and join them. It seemed the Andorian put up more of a fight than expected. The security forces were keeping a distance, though keeping their eye on the escaping rebels. In the distance he could see Nyberrite security making their way towards them. The hostage made it considerably easier to board the Phoenix allowing them easily to get to safety. Once they were on board, he ordered the bridge to depart and rendezvous with the Determined which would need to be suitably renamed.
A couple of other ships, two converted freighters would be joining them as well to help hold and process the incapacitated crew of the Determined. It would be difficult to figure out what to do with who. Likely most officers would be detained indefinitely. They were complicit in the crimes of the Commissioner and could not be released, nor relied on to be recruited. Conscripts could be screened to find who appeared to be safe, or at least less risky to recruit. Others would be released, or in some cases where they could be found to have been complicit in crimes beyond what conscripts could reasonably be excused for, they would be detained as well. With this victory, the Democratic Front could begin to take on the Commissioner's forces more directly and aggressively. As soon as they were ready to properly operate the Determined they would launch an offensive while they held the initiative. They would also need to decide what to do with their two new high profile prisoners, the brutal Sven and blustering Mabel.
On a more personal note, Matt was proud of his people. They managed to narrowly avert the Commissioner's bomb attempt. While it was unfortunate she escaped, the end result of this day was overall a resounding success. Matt was relieved he manged to avoid whatever Mabel and Shavan had planned for him with that device. If they had captured him it would have been a singularly unpleasant event to say the least. He was especially impressed with Chloe, the young rebel had proven herself well this day. He was also genuinely pleased to hear Kova had found her daughter after all this time alive. Internally Matt was concerned Kova might leave them now. It would be entirely understandable and he would not stop her, though it would be a serious blow to his crew for sure. Butch was going to need be appeased somehow, he was keen to play with the hostages but the thought of allowing the barbarity of the Commissioner did not sit well with him. Seamus seemed to be a good fit, though he needed to figure out how to best utilize the skills and drive of his new recruit.
Of course, the Kurjarrians remained a threat and the Nyberrite League was furious at the disruption to their summit. Still, as Matt expected they were still desperate for the Democratic Front to support their planned operations against the Kurjarians to destroy their weapons, something he was still willing to do especially now that he boasted a powerful new warship. The tide seemed to be beginning to turn against the Commissioner, but only time would tell...
