[ PO2 Étienne Fournier (bio) | Shuttle Repair Bay 2 ]Ariennye left them and Étienne was overcome with a wave of despair, the pain of rejection, the ache of unrequited desire. He'd felt it before, but never this intensely - not since his teenage years - and never for Loki Ariennye. Barely knew him, but seeing him leave, felt devastating. But he and Shavan were left alone, and Étienne could see they were together in their confusion. "Something's wrong," he said, knitting his fingers behind his neck in what would prove to be a futile attempt to restrain himself. "Oh my god, you're Orion. You're half Orion. Your pheromones, are you doing this?" Étienne had once been captivated by an Orion, a woman, back on his previous posting. But Shavan here, he was only half Orion, and a man. It didn't make sense. The thought didn't make it very far. Étienne reached for Shavan, with full intent to cradle his jaw and kiss him in the desperate hope of satiation. Shavan Th'zhaar (Up to you if Étienne is successful, of course!)

[Felicity Ellis - Ops Centre]Dimmadome and Ev'ewa were completely ignoring Rin. In fact, like a slap to all of their faces, the two seemed to pick up their pace. Their moans of pleasure amped up a couple of decibels, with a few growls and yelps of pain thrown into the cacophony for good measure. "I can't believe we're getting this for free," Felicity said, tone a little absent as she stared. She shook herself then, realising she was staring and it was very unprofessional. "Can we set off the sprinkler or anti-fire system?" She asked Rin and some of the others. "That might cool things down a little in here." Another Ensign had stood, and was beginning to remove his uniform in a sexy dance display, moving toward Sir Doug in smooth, rhythmic shuffles. "Science is so hard."Ugh, science was the worst. Sometimes it was the best though, but right now it was definitely the worst. Zaman was still talking, and much like her, the more words he spoke the deeper the hole he was digging for himself. "I don't need to hear about your little backdoor!" She exclaimed, then actually smacked the palm of her hand off her own forehead. She stepped aside and made room for him to take over the console. "Please..." Any hope of the mask being a deterrent to speaking were gone, but she would take any help she could get. At that moment, finally, Sickbay began returning her calls. =/\= "Greetings, Operations Centre. It is I, the revered Lieutenant Dr. Kece Lunn, master surgeon and physician to the highest echelons of command." =/\= "Kill me now."=/\= "I have just received a poor soul who had the misfortune of being stabbed repeatedly with a spork. I am running extensive tests." =/\= Shouts began in the background of the communication, at first only filling the silent parts between Lunn's sentences, then overcoming it completely. =/\= "Restrain him! Stop him, gods damn it, you morons! Don't let my guinea pig escape!" =/\= Felicity leaned forward as the communication cut short. Realisation was dawning very, very quickly. This was bad. It was really, really bad. "Rin, I need a station-wide announcement. Security bulletin. Everyone is under lockdown. Everyone is to stay in their quarters, or return to them immediately, if safe. Isolate areas where we've had the highest concentration of violent outbursts and erect forcefields around them. Take us to Yellow Alert." She did not want to cause any further panic but honestly, if this was an attack, it was terrifyingly efficient and they'd already lost. =/\= "Ellis to Velal. Tell me you know what's going on down there." =/\= [NPC - Sir Dugris "Doug" Zaman MBE, FRS, PhD, JD, MBA, PE, RA, CPA - Ops]Sir Doug saw the Ensign moving towards him, but he wasn't feeling it. Maybe it was an age thing, but he needed a bit more time to rev up. "Not now, cutie," he said. "In a bit."Then Felicity insulted his backdoor. "I'll have you know, my backdoor is one of my best features!" he exclaimed. "I have it on good authority!"Granted, it was fair, after what he'd said of her hair. He began to work the console as she dealt with the legendary Dr. Lunn, initiating a deep comparative scan of current and baseline readings. "I forgot how much these things fog up my glasses. Never time-travel to 21st-century Earth."

[ T’Laara - Blue Beta] “Delirium?” T’Laara’s attention returned to Jem Sparkles as the unexpected suggestion was presented. It may not be a place for finding love, exactly… but it was an alternative to fighting. Which may happen if she stayed here any longer. “Yes. Very well.”She stood up as if to leave. However, before she could go anywhere another spectacle occurred. She watched the blue man’s arrival in vivid fascination. The urges running through her were thrilling. She was not sure if they would be satisfied by joining the fight, or seeking a mate. But the one thing T’Laara was not inclined to do at the moment was continue to sit here. She almost laughed again at the Talorian’s seriousness when he spoke of defenses, but the shattering glass close by caused her to step back. Everyone’s emotions were running high. Too much so. Something strange was going on. Instead she simply shook her head at the suggestion. “I am going to go out and party.” She paused. “And find out what is happening.” [Blue Beta - Promenade] The more Jem thought about her genius idea, the more the Drag Queen loved it and wondered why it had taken her so long to think of it. Delirium was the perfect place for being more discreet and escape from all of this madness that was going on around them. A private party was just what was needed and as T'Laara responded then agreed to her suggestion. " Excellent, you won't be disappointed" Jem assured her young friend, before a semi naked Ambassador L'Sho appeared looking well ... very fine indeed. He clearly wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty and it showed as he singled her out and spoke to her. Jem felt her heart flutter slightly as she became mesmerised by the blue Adonis right in front of her, imagining what she would like to do to him. Somewhere in the recesses of her mind, it dawned on Jem as to what he was actually saying, before T'Laara decided that she still wanted to party and find out what was going on. The word party was enough for Jem and so she sidled up to L'Sho and brushed against him. " Yes we're going to party at Delirium if you want to join us and trust me, it's a lot safer than here".The Ambassador and Pieter together in the same room would be rather enjoyable and hoped that she had enticed him enough to accept. Sure that might mean others joining in but Jem was willing to accept that particular sacrifice in order to have fun. [Ambassador L'Sho, former Primary of Talor, former Supreme Commander of the Talorian Armada - Blue Beta]L'Sho was once again confounded by the humans and their adjacents. It wasn't so much that he couldn't understand their desire to go to Delirium, which he knew to be the Display and Mating Place on the Station, but he wasn't sure that this was the most opportune time. The other delights of the flesh usually came after the fighting was finished, in his experience. When the big-haired one began to cosy up to him and declared that the Sex Club was safer than their current, defensible location, he regarded her with doubt and some impatience. "How would you know that?"He took a step away. He found little appeal in humans and their lookalikes in general; they certainly didn't seem all that smart. He began to return his attention to what was going on outside, and around him. "Unless you are combat ready I would not recommend leaving this relative safety. Now, if you will excuse me, there are more important matters to take care of right now than 'partying'."They were idiots. What did he care if they wandered off and got killed while on the hunt for a mate? He walked off in search of a console, intent on contacting someone in charge.

[ Kova Sh'qaleq - Promenade, Front Ear Station ] It was mostly thanks to Kova's antennae that she was able to react in time, dodging the blow. She then reached out and attempted to push Velal back, creating more distance between the pair. Perhaps, it was time to just end it and put the hybrid in her place once and for all. However, a single voice brought only a measure of calm as he called out to Velal stating that her men required medical attention. Kova never took her eyes off Jov, instead, her blue eyes narrowed as she attempted to stare a hole into the woman. "You should heed his words, unless you wish to require medical attention."Somewhere along the confusion, it seemed the cackling Vulcan thought she could find the solution to their problems in Delirium of all places. Perhaps if she was trying to stave off a case of the Pon Farr, that would be the place to find a nice strong, injection. Though, L'Sho seemed to be more practical than the Fleeters desired to give him credit far. It was just another testament to how they really felt about blue bloods.

[SCPO Jovireh Velal - Front Ear - Blue Beta]Kova dodged the punch and shoved her backwards. She must be getting rusty. Too long sparring humans. Jov took a step back to maintain her balance when she heard the Voice of Arrogance calling her by her full title. Well, at least he admitting she had one. "What do you want?" she snapped as she spun around - Kova entirely forgotten. Seeing L'Sho set down an unconscious Beck, and a very beat-up Smith cowering behind the Talorian, she rushed over to kneel beside the former. "Somebody get me a med kit!" she shouted, hoping that there was at least one nearby. Hearing Commander Ellis' voice over her com badge, she grit her teeth as she tapped the device to respond. =A="I am well aware of what's going on down here, Commander! But if you're asking why the Promenade has turned into a Klingon arena full of targs, I have no idea. But I would appreciate it if the problem is solved before I start losing people."=A=L'Sho had stormed off, and Smith turned to follow him when Jovireh caught his attention. "What happened?" Smith stuttered for a moment, then pointed after the retreating blue form. "He... He saved us..." Oh great. She would have to actually thank L'Sho now. "Have a seat, John. I'll patch you up next. Where is that medkit?!" As she looked up to shout the question at the others in the restaurant, her gaze landed on a sight near the turbo lift across the Promenade. A topless Lochi smoking while he watched the chaos. Oh. Wow. What was she doing again?

I'm sending a Security team to your location, hold on." =/\= She slid into Dimmadome's station and began issuing commands herself via his console. The moans coming from the engaged pair behind her set her teeth on edge, so she went ahead and began to bypass the fire-suppression system's protocols to exclude the forcefield barriers and instead activate the sprinkler response. A very cold, misty vapour began to fall from the ceiling, and would soak them all within seconds. Her mood was further dampened by Jovireh Velal's response. "Bloody hell, she's unpleasant, isn't she?" She asked conversationally, her brows raised in surprise as she turned to look at Sir Doug, to see what he thought. "What bright spark gave her a whole department?"But internally, any positive attitude she'd been hanging onto evaporated. This was currently a Security issue, and if the Head of Security did not want to cooperate with them - in fact she seemed to think this problem was not hers at all - then they were doomed. =/\= "I was asking for a report, Chief Velal. You need to work with us up here in Ops to try and get the situation on the Promenade under control, that is your job. If you cannot do your duty, tell me now and I will relieve you of it." =/\= Felicity tapped out a quick message to her brother. Greg was no longer Starfleet, but he'd been Security Chief on the Leeds for years before becoming XO, and he knew what he was doing. It seemed she was short on people she could trust. A wave of paranoia overcame her. "Lock them down! Lock them all down, damn it!"

[ Shavan Th’zhaar - Shuttle Repair Bay 2] Mildly disappointed and surprised, Shavan bit his lip as he watched Lochi Areinnye depart, his gaze following the attractive Intelligence officer until the doors shut behind him. Damn. “Okay. Prude.” Étienne’s accusation was enough to fully recapture his attention. “What? No.” At least, he hadn’t been ‘doing this’ intentionally. He lowered his head and pulled at the open collar of his uniform, in a gesture of trying to catch his own scent. Though his pheromones normally weren’t strong enough to have the effect the engineer was imagining… at least not until after he’d gotten close. Like he was doing again, right now. Deciding he didn’t care, Shavan let it go just as fast. So what if they were supposed to be doing something else. He wanted this, now. Leaning in to the touch, his lips parted slightly to meet Étienne’s. He kissed him back hungrily, sliding his arms around him to firmly pull him closer. Kaya Som

[Lieutenant Dr. Kece Lunn - Primary Sickbay]
"I'll kill him! I'll kill that Vulcan!" The Bajoran man yelled, thrashing against the medical staff as they tried to restrain him to a biobed.
"Now, now, young man. This behaviour is unbecoming! I must ask that you calm yourself, lest you injure one of my staff." They weren't his staff, per se, but Kece was the most senior member of the medical department present, and, quite frankly, the most talented, and thus the responsibility fell to him. Heavy is Kece's head.
An image of him wearing a crown flashed in his mind and he almost smiled. It suited him.
"They're worse than the Cardassians!"
"Oh, now, I don't think that's the case at all, sir!" He waved one of the nurses back over and with the assistance from two others, they managed to hold the Bajoran still for long enough to sedate him. "Kittens' whiskers," Kece breathed as he whipped out his monogramed silk handkerchief from his pocket. He passed it over to one of the Petty Officers, and then waited for his brow to be dutifully mopped.
It was Ramone's first shift with Kece Lunn, and the poor Petty Officer was stunned. He looked at the smooth piece of cloth and then at the vociferous Betazoid, and found he could not speak. "Come, come," Kece Lunn encouraged then, waving at the medic to follow him, "Keep up. I will need to be kept comfortable as I do this very important investigative work, Marone -"
"Ramone," he muttered.
Lunn didn't stop. "- you can walk and see to my brow at the same time. First, we must perform a complete body scan and blood analysis. Pay attention to the biofunction monitor, we need to ensure his readings remain stable - wait! Where are you going? Not you, no, come back, you must see to me, Marone."
"What about his hand, Doctor?" Ramone asked, still not quite sure what he was supposed to be doing with Lunn's handkerchief.
Lunn himself was in full lecture mode. "Lieutenant Doctor," he corrected quickly. "Or Chief, if you must, I am the most senior medical officer here, after all." He was still tapping away at the console; despite his chatter he was taking in the scan results with a practised eye. "What was the question?"
"The hand. There's a spork sticking out of it."
"Oh, yes, quite right. The hand. Ah... Just ignore it Marone. We'll get to it later if we have time."
A console beeped, and every available monitor in Sickbay blinked, and then displayed something unusual. Kece Lunn's dramatic gasp was loud.
"By the Seven Deaths of Maria Callas," he swore.

[ T’Laara - Blue Beta] T’Laara stayed back while Jem Sparkles got close to L’Sho, noticing the obvious display of attraction. Meanwhile, it seemed that Kova and Jovireh were settling things. That part was a shame. She might have enjoyed seeing the unpleasant Andorian get punched. Of course, there was some truth in the blue man’s words; she had little actual knowledge of fighting. However, the impulses were still there. She narrowed her eyes, paused in leaving only out of interest in whether his attempt at communications would reveal anything. “On the contrary, perhaps a party actually could be a temporary solution. It may take people’s attention away from fighting.” Jem Sparkles L'Sho Kova Sh'qaleq Jovireh Velal

[Blue Beta - Promenade] As far as Jem was concerned no one or nothing else mattered apart from the very direct and handsome L'Sho. The gossip about him had clearly been wrong as her breath and heart rate shuddered as he looked at her directly and began speaking. Nodding along, not really grasping what he was saying but Jem didn't care as she was just happy to hear that voice like golden honey. Even as he stepped away and took charge, Jem's simply watched him, enjoying the authority that he was trying to get across. She just about heard the request for a medkit as the sensible part of her, tried to retain its dominance and begged her to consider the Ambassador's words. Death or Fun became a mantra before T'Laara spoke up. " My friend here has a very good point and I know the owner of Delirium so how dare you assume that I don't know how safe it is" Jem huffed, more so because he was turning down her invitation and her advances. That was how her mind saw it and she had no reason to doubt it as she silenced the sensible part of her. " You go ahead and take care of your important matters, we'll be in Delirium if you change your mind".Turning to T'Laara, Jem gave the Vulcan her full attention. " Come my dear, let's go have fun".************** [ Jack - Blue Beta] Normally Jack would be the first one there to deal with any trouble and take care of it but something had held the Irishman back. He couldn't explain it but he was quite content to hide out of the way, that's until he saw the medkit and knew that he needed to man up if he was to get it to Jovireh. Medkit in one hand and using a tray to protect himself, Jack emerged from his hiding place just behind the bar and ran towards the Security Chief. He didn't speak but simply dodged around people and Jem who seemed to be making a heck of a lot of noise. Then he finally came to a stop beside Jovireh, Jov and wondered if he would ever have a chance with her. One could dream as he spoke and tried to get his breath back. " Jovireh .... here's ... the .. medkit".

[Lt. JG Rin Zakir - Ops Centre, Front Ear Station] Okay, he was seriously starting to lose track a little here. The revered Lieutenant Dr. Kece Lunn? Guinea Pigs? Little backdoors? Everyone either trying to kill each other or engage in other activities entirely. So when the order came to activate the fire suppression system, as he suggested, he hesitated for a moment before attempting to key in the command. "Right, doing it now", he confirmed, noting that the commander was overriding the protocols to exclude the force field barriers. Oh well, this was going to be fun, but so long as it worked and, ahem, calmed things down (or at least, it would hopefully stop things escalating further) As the soaking began, he heard Sir Doug advising them to never time travel to the 21st century. He would need to look that one up, he thought as he peeled the drenched mask from his face. For now though, he would have to hope that the sprinkler system didn't compromise the consoles too much as he then began to implement the next set of orders he had been given. "Taking us to yellow alert and locking down affected sections", he confirmed, just as his superior officer responded to the communication from the commander. She made it clear that she wasn't exactly having a good time down there, being sure not to sugar coat her feelings on the matter. Neither did Ellis, it seemed, and he arched a brow at the exchange. If they hadn't just gone into lock down, he might have offered to make his own way to the promenade to assist. "Lock them down! Lock them all down, damn it!", came Commander Ellis cry shortly after, and he felt a pang of annoyance at her apparent impatience. Hang on, all sections? "All sections? If you say so, Commander, but that's going to make it pretty difficult for folks to return to their quarters", he pointed out. Was she starting to panic? No, it wasn't panic, it was something else. "Hey, we'll figure this out, hopefully while most of us still have our lives and/or jobs. In the meantime, can we please stay calm and maybe go easy on the orgies from here on out? It's very distracting..."That wasn't the only thing either, as he bit his lip and looked back to the commander. This wasn't the first time he had seen her soaked through to the skin, but hopefully they wouldn't be set upon by a giant octopus this time. Water was starting to become almost as much a bane on his career as the damn tritters! Oh, the security bulletin. Normally, that would be Velal's responsibility, but she was elsewhere and otherwise occupied (to put it mildly). Oh well, here goes... =/\= "This is a Security Bulletin for the attention of all personnel! We have no idea whats going on, but you might have noticed that we've gone to Yellow Alert. If safe and able to do so , return to your quarters and remain there until further notice. Affected areas have already been locked down, with others to follow. If you're stuck, sit tight and wait for further instructions. In the mean time, maybe try not to kill each other? End bulletin."=/\= Hopefully, that would do for now, but whether or not it was a good idea, he wasn't going to disobey a direct order. He was more than likely already walking in thin ice, as the humans would say.

Jenkins - Ops]Sir Doug was one of those people who considered being soaked to be an attractive state (in fact, he often incorrectly claimed credit for creating the Terran romantic trope of couples kissing in the rain), but it did not make Roland Jenkins' striptease appealing. On the bright side, when Jenkins (now down to his boxers) slipped on the wet deck, this problem was resolved. "I'll just... take the rest of the day off," the disconcerted, half-naked non-com stammered, trying to get off the floor. "You need to work out," Sir Doug admonished him. Sir Doug also felt a need to answer Felicity's rhetorical question. "You did."Velal hadn't made herself interesting to Sir Doug yet, so he didn't know if she was more Eastman's, Baker's, or Ellis's creature. In this case, assuming the last was the funniest, so he did. Slowly pulling it together, and biting his tongue to hold in his excess sass, the El-Aurian ran a succession of scans, testing increasingly esoteric possibilities. "I've got it!" he exclaimed. "There's a cloaked object in the docking bay, with the Orunmila team!"He smiled smugly. "What would you do without me?"Roland, meanwhile, had managed to rise to his feet and now staggered off. Eastman's old suite was still vacant, so he could go wait for the sweet embrace of death figure this out there.

[SCPO Jovireh Velal - Front Ear - Blue Beta]Hearing the Commander's sharp response over the com, her jaw dropped slightly as it occurred to her just how she had been acting since arriving in the Blue Beta. She hadn't behaved this way since her first year at the Academy. Closing her eyes, she pressed the side of her fist against her forehead and took a few deep, slow breaths. She needed to focus. Why was it so difficult to focus? "Computer, emergency transport Crewman Beck to Sickbay." That was something she should have done as soon as L'Sho set him down. Hearing a quivering voice beside her, she opened her eyes and looked over at a nervous Jack handing her the medkit she'd ordered. "Thank you, Jack," she replied as she took it from him. With Beck now in Sickbay, she turned her attention to Smith, whose injuries - although extensive - were more minor. Lieutenant Rin's voice came over the station intercom, and her eyes darted to the Promenade to see the yellow lights illuminating the brawls. She could see her teams that she had summoned earlier working on separating people, pulling away those who were more wounded than their pride would let them admit and ushering them to safety. They seemed to be getting agitated themselves, though, so Jov knew she wouldn't be able to rely on them to bring a peaceful resolution for very long. "Give me your belt," she said to Smith after she had finished healing the injuries to his face and hands. His swollen knee would require actual medical attention... but in her mind, he'd done enough for the day. She wasn't going to send him back out there, so he could stay in the Beta and rest until things settled down. Since she had spent the entire day in her office, she hadn't put on her duty belt when leaving for lunch. Last time she made that mistake. Smith took a moment to process what she had said, then removed his belt laden with tricorder and phaser and handed it to her. Rising to her feet, she tapped her com badge before fastening the belt around her waist. =A="Velal to Commander Ellis, I apologize for my earlier response. It seems everyone has lost control of themselves in some way down here. My people have been trying to break up the fights, with little success. I'm about to increase the level of force to restore order."=A= There were two ways of doing that - an area effect form of crowd control, which would incapacitate everyone. Including her. Or stunning those who were continuing to be a problem. Without really waiting for a response from the Commander, she handed the medkit back to Jack and left the Blue Beta, pulling out her phaser as she approached the closest cluster of fighters. [In Sickbay] Crewman John Beck, whom had actually regained consciousness as he was being set on the floor somewhere, hadn't even bothered trying to open his eyes or speak due to the pain and numbness he felt all over his face. But as he felt the soft tingle of the transporter beam enveloping him, he breathed a sigh of relief. The lights above him were much brighter and shone through his closed eye lids, but the biobed was far more comfortable a surface to lay on than whatever floor he had been on moments ago.

{Quotes: Big Hair, Party Vulcan, Chief Half-Cocked, Sensible Blue} [ Kova Sh'qaleq - Promenade, Front Ear Station ] It was mostly thanks to Kova's antennae that she was able to react in time, dodging the blow. It may take people’s attention away from fighting.” [Blue Beta - Promenade] As far as Jem was concerned no one or nothing else mattered apart from the very direct and handsome L'Sho. " Come my dear, let's go have fun". [Ambassador L'Sho, former Primary of Talor, former Supreme Commander of the Talorian Armada - Blue Beta]L'Sho was accustomed to many things from humans and their adjacents. Rudeness, judgment, stupidity... but he'd never seen them without any sense of self-preservation. For the moment he ignored the inane yapping of the females, and responded to Velal's faffing about. "Your warriors will require a short time of rest before you return them to battle."He could admit that the idea of a distraction was potentially a useful one, though it was clear that many present were using it as a very transparent excuse to just throw a party. He regarded the large-haired one with open disdain as she equated knowing the owner with the level of safety of his establishment. Knowing the owner did not mean that the scene there was any different to the scene in the Blue Beta. "Kamara[fn]Go, ascend; usually said during the Death Rite. In this instance akin to "Go and die, then."[/fn], sroc[fn]An unintelligent, extinct animal; idiot.[/fn]," he bid them both as they took their leave. They were followed shortly afterward by Velal, who walked out into the brawling throng with no back up. L'Sho vaulted over the bar and landed with ease, already scanning the area for a console or integrated computer. When he spied one close to what appeared to be office doors, he began tapping, but found himself locked out from accessing any relevant information. "You there!" He looked up and spied Kova, who had at least been smart enough not to run back out onto the Promenade in search for parties or death. "Are you familiar with these systems? I wish to know more about our current situation."

[NPC - Sir Dugris "Doug" Zaman MBE, FRS, PhD, JD, MBA, PE, RA, CPA & PO2 Roland L. Eastman's old suite was still vacant, so he could go wait for the sweet embrace of death figure this out there. [SCPO Jovireh Velal - Front Ear - Blue Beta]=A="Velal to Commander Ellis, I apologize for my earlier response. It seems everyone has lost control of themselves in some way down here. My people have been trying to break up the fights, with little success. I'm about to increase the level of force to restore order."=A= [Felicity Ellis - Ops Centre]"I did?" She responded to Zaman, brow furrowed. Felicity might have agreed with the recommendation of her peers, but she did not know some of the crew, as she'd only recently returned. Perhaps he was right, though. Perhaps she had done all of these strange things. But it wasn't her, it was someone controlling her. They'd drugged her and made her sign things... Wait, what? Even in her current, and quickly deteriorating state, she knew this was getting ridiculous. "No, no," she said to Rin when the things he was saying began to make sense again in her mind, "Not everyone. Or maybe everyone?"Had she said everyone? Perhaps that was the right play, though? Then Velal came through again and she stiffened automatically, waiting for the other woman to tell them all where to stick their job. Fortunately for them all, what she actually said returned things to some sort of semi-normalcy. =/\= "We are similarly effected up here. Increase as you see fit." If people were not responding to commands and were becoming violent enough to cause injury, then they really had little other choice. "We are erecting forcefields around the areas worst impacted, Promenade included. We are working with the assumption that this is some sort of outbreak. Right now Rin is sending out a High Threat Level Security Bulletin and I've locked us down. Medical are running tests, I will keep you updated as I can. We're screwed. Ellis out." =/\= She stood up and walked right off the Ops deck and into her office. When she emerged again she was holding a bottle of ancient and unopened whiskey in her hand. She was about to rip that seal when Sir Doug spoke. "I'd probably feel better about my hair," she answered him, but she was also processing his strange report. She tapped her badge. =/\= "Ellis to Lieutenant Shavan. There's something cloaked down there with you. Find it. Everything is super messed up right now and we need to find out why." =/\= A thought occurred to her: if they were this out of it in Ops, chances are the Shuttle Bay, the potential epicentre of this thing, was chaos. "Sir Doug, we may need you to venture down there and help."
