[Breding Room Deck 3] [...] “Agreed”. Tom responded. As he also knew Admiral Ellis well. He never asked her but he always assumed that she never forgot the fact that he broke formation in a critical moment. He listened and for a second, he wanted to object. He wanted to protect Felicity from the Admiral wrath and he knew whatever trouble she was in. It would pale in comparison to his very presence. “How do you know, that my entire plan is to charm the Admiral with a new dance routine?” . Jett asked Felicity with a smile. He then walked away and said “All right, we’ll do it your way. We will wait and see the right time to ask the Admiral, but if that fails….we will do the song and dance routine. For now, we should keep an eye out for Mr. 79” Tom said with a smile. “Good Day Captain….also Felicity, good luck” . Tom said as he waited for a second and departed the room. Exit Tag Felicity Ellis [ Felicity Ellis - Briefing Room, Deck 3] "The only dance my mother would want to see you do is a moonwalk. Straight out an airlock."Her expression was amused as she gave him a small wave goodbye. She'd certainly keep an eye out for Mr. 79. In fact, she might keep two. "Stay out of trouble!" She called to his retreating back, knowing she was completely wasting her time. With a sigh, she logged out of the built-in terminal, and tried to mentally prepare herself for an encounter with the Admiral. *** [ Admiral Antoinette Ellis - Docking Bay 1] Her interest in the young scientist settled, Antoinette found herself waiting. She hated waiting. On her ship, on her staff, everyone followed her schedule. And the woman was prompt. Back in her days in surgery forgetfulness or bad time-keeping meant the difference between life or death. In this instance, it would mean the difference between mild irritation, and total annihilation. Captain Ellis was lucky to share the Admiral's last name, in the Admiral's own opinion. At the arrival of her daughter, Antoinette wasted no more time. She held up a hand to stop Felicity's incoming, and likely lackluster, greeting. "We have a lot to talk about. I do not need your excuses, save your energy. In the coming months you will need plenty of it."The older woman set off at a brisk clip, expecting her daughter to match her pace. "Everything I say to you in the next hour is highly classified, and must stay between us." With a lure like that, Felicity barely hesitated before taking off after the Admiral, now well and truly hooked.

[Cmdr. Judith Eastman(-Williams) - First Officer's Office, Deck 2]Judy quietly, patiently, allowed each of the junior personnel to speak, finding it preferable to hear them out, especially as two of the three were respectful and well-behaved (and the third was digging herself deeper with the attitude. "In that case, the four of us will go to the park and look for it. Once we do, we'll beam it to a secure location, until Commander Parsinp can vouch for its receipt. She should be packing her bags, in any case," the First Officer decreed. She wasn't exactly inclined to bend procedural rules, especially for someone with such a slipshod approach to these rules. She also wasn't inclined to let Banks off just yet, not before making the young woman show some personal responsibility by helping clean up this mess. As she headed out, she turned to Rio to offer a gentle, quiet correction. "I prefer ma'am, or Commander, not sir," she pointed out. "Last time I checked, my name was Judy, not Judah."The humorous aside, and the general light tone, served to indicate that Judy wasn't angry, nor was she offended. She led them out of the office, to the turbolift, and then down. [Cmdr. Judith Eastman(-Williams) - Park, Deck 6]Judy led the group into the park, appreciating the greenery around her. "Looks like a lovely place to walk my dogs," she commented, to no one in particular, before focusing herself. "Well, let's start searching. Don't touch anything, just in case, and give me a holler if you think you find it. We can tag it with a commbadge and ship it out," she instructed, gentle but authoritative.
| Park, Deck 6 || Sven Aune |It certaintly was a nice park, and Sven made a mental note to come back and visit it. Real plants and real water beat the holodeck any day. He pulled out his tricorder and began to scan. The device blipped and whirrled as he walked along the paths until he got a ping. Investigating further, he had to push back some large ferns. There between two trees was Harvey in his pot. It was an odd looking plant. Then again, most plants were kinda strange looking. Sven narrowed the scan resolution and aimed the tricorder at Harvey. It was a positive match. "Ma'am, I think I've located Harvey. We should get it back to commander Parsnip's quarters so she can decide what to do with it."[Park, Deck 6] Rio nodded when the commander lightly chastised her about her use of 'sir'. It was common practice in Starfleet, but, of course, the officer's preference, and now that was out of the way! She was still a little baffled about the situation on the station, but maybe that was why there was a change of staff going on? It sounded like there was a good deal of cleaning up to do, so they'd keep busy, she was certain! Then Sven spotted the killer plant on the lam (who ever would have thought those words would be strung together?) and she peered through the ferns at it. "Kinda pretty, if it didn't want to eat people," she mused, then she looked at Sven as she pulled a spare commbadge from her pocket. "Have the transporter room ready," she muttered, then she called, "Wish me luck! I'm going in!" Trusting that the other Security guard would have her back, she dashed at the plant to slap the commbadge on it, feeling a little like a Comanche counting coup! ______ Tag Judith Eastman Sven Aune

[Harvey - Park, Deck 6]
Harvey had landed in the park amongst a cluster of other plants, but that didn't matter. At least there was nothing threatening here. The carnivorous plant was working on freeing the tendrils that were stuck to the gum in his maw when the security officers discovered him. He was too occupied to react when Rio darted forward and tagged him.
A few moments later he'd disappeared and re-materialized in a dark, secure location. Still trying to free his tendrils.

We'll beam it to the Contraband Storage Facility until Parsinp can vouch for it. We don't want any unfortunate accidents," she corrected, as Crewman Sosa charged it. =A= "Commander Eastman to Ops. Use the signal from Crewman Rio Sosa's commbadge to beam the Kerelian plant to the Contraband Storage Facility," =A= she ordered, and that was done. "Good work, everyone. You can go back to your business. Ms. Banks, I'll deal with you later." With that, she was finished, and she headed away. ***
Two days later...
[Cmdr. Judith Eastman(-Williams) - First Officer's Office, Deck 2]Judy observed the magnificent glass conference table in her office, as she sat behind her wooden desk. Enjoying the momentary silence, she took the time to record her log. "First Officer's log."
"Commander Parsinp has, at long last, left us, with her plant in tow. I don't regret the truncated transition period, considering that she evidently had a very faint grasp on the goings-on of the station. Some other officers of the old crew have also left us, including Ms. Robyn Banks. She's been demoted, and placed on administrative leave pending reassignment. Before the war, she would've been finished, but Starfleet's manpower shortage is such that we might see her come right back to us. If God is feeling particularly whimsical, she'll be a transporter chief."
"In any case, the work of rebuilding this duty station, almost from the ground up, has begun. We've been accelerating maintenance, realigning shifts and rosters, returning a sense of order to the administrative side of things, and searching for more, as of yet unknown, potholes to fill. I've also made time to speak with our community, civilians and crew alike, and inform them that my door is always open. I certainly need all the goodwill I can get, just in case Anna gives me and the general public as much hell as her brothers did, but I digress. The work of reconstruction and reform has begun, and long as the road may be, I have confidence that we will reach the end."FIN
